    摘要: The present invention relates to a Ziegler-Natta catalyst comprising a solid, ligand-modified catalyst component formed at least from (a) a compound of Group 1 to 3 of the Periodic Table (IUPAC), (b) a transition metal compound of Group 4 to 10 of the Periodic Table (IUPAC), or a compound of an actinide or lanthanide, (c) one or more organic ligand compound(s) which is/are selected from organic compounds comprising a cyclopentadienyl anion backbone, and (d) a compound of Group 13 of the Periodic Table, wherein the catalyst component of said Ziegler-Natta catalyst is formed in an emulsion/solidification method, to a process for the production of such a catalyst, and to a process for the production of an olefin (co-)polymer in the presence of such a catalyst.

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for preparing a highly active metallocene catalyst by which polyolefin having improved properties can be prepared with a small amount of cocatalyst. A process for preparing a metallocene catalyst of the invention comprises the steps of: modifying the surface of a zeolite or molecular sieve inorganic carrier possessing crystalline pores of 7 to 100 .ANG. size by the addition of an organic solvent and organic aluminum compound under an environment of inert gas and reacting at a constant temperature, and drying; and, impregnating a metallocene compound into the inorganic carrier by the addition of an organic solvent and said metallocene compound, whose diameter is smaller than the diameters of said pores of the inorganic carrier, to the inorganic carrier and reacting at a constant temperature, and drying. In accordance with the present invention, a highly active metallocene catalyst can be prepared in an economical and efficient manner.

    摘要: The invention relates to a supported metallocene catalyst composition and a process for the preparation of polyolefin using the same. A supported metallocene catalyst composition according to the invention is prepared by bringing a compound of a group IV transition metal into contact with an inorganic or organic porous carrier treated with an ionic compound. Advantages of a supported metallocene catalyst composition of the invention include an increase in the catalyst activity during polymerization of slurry and an olefin compound in the vapor phase even at a low content of metallocene metal components within the carrier, and an improvement in solving process problems such as fouling, sheeting, plugging or the like.
