    摘要: A hydraulic system for actuating a transmission shifting element that comprises control and shifting valves. A first surface of a valve slide of the control valve is a differential surface between two functional surfaces of the slide that axially bound an area of the slide having a smaller diameter, by which the actuation pressure is adjusted. When the shifting valve is in a second switch position, a total force component acts upon the slide of the control valve which moves the slide such that the actuation pressure is equal to a system pressure. The total force component corresponds at least to the sum of a first force component equivalent to a pressure signal applied to a second surface of the slide of the control valve and a second force component equivalent to an actuation pressure applied to the first surface of the slide of the control valve.

    摘要: A hydraulic system (1) for actuating at least one shifting element (2) of a transmission. The hydraulic system comprises a regulating valve device (3) that can be preset and has a regulating valve slide (8), and a shifting valve device (4) which can also be preset and has a shifting valve slide (6). The shifting valve device (4) interacts with the regulating valve device (3). The regulating valve slide (8) and the shifting valve slide (6) are coaxially aligned with one another and move in opposite longitudinal directions within a common boring (24) of a housing (25). Each of the slides has a control surface (5, 14) which faces toward one another and can be pressurized with a pressure signal (p_VS) via a common pressure chamber (26).

The auxiliary pump device (5) is driven by torque applied to the transmission output shaft (3) at least when the force flow is interrupted.

    摘要: A mechanism for actuating a transmission having shifting elements. A self-holding valve device is movable into a first position, by a pilot pressure, against a force directed to a second position and held by a pressure holding signal in the first position. Transmission of a pressure signal, to a switching valve, is blocked by the self-holding valve device in the first position but, in the second position, is applied to the switching valve. When the driver sets the switching valve to a first shift position, the pressure signal can be applied to valve devices of at least two of the shifting elements that produce an actuating pressure and, in a second shift position of the switching valve, the onward transmission of the pressure signal, to the valve devices of the shifting elements that produce an actuating pressure, is blocked in the area of the switching valve.

    摘要: The invention describes a method for operating a transmission's valve system of a vehicle's drive train through a valve unit and said valve unit's electro-magnetic activator configuration. In a transmission's hydraulic system and being part of the vehicle's drive train, its hydraulic pressure value (p_EDS) can be employed and adjusted through a valve unit's configuration by applying to the electro-magnetic activator system a pulse-width-modulated current signal (i_EDS). The pulse-width modulated current signal (i_EDS) and its signal's amplitude (A) and/or its pulse duration (pw1) will periodically change during the applied Dither-Modulation, by maintaining at the same time the required pressure value (p_EDS), whereby a horizontally moving anchor, which is attached the valve system's valve shaft, receives hereby an imposed vibrating oscillation. As shown in this invention, the Dither-Modulation will be activated or deactivated accordingly during pre-defined operating conditions of the vehicle's drive train.
