The self-shut unit holds a conducting state of a second electric power supply line over a set time, in response to a change in a state of a first electric power supply line from a conducting state to a non-conducting state. The electric power generating mode controller executes an electric power generating mode that drives an electric motor to generate electric power upon a stop of a vehicle in which the clutch mechanism is disengaged. The supply current controller increases a supply current supplied to the clutch controller, in response to the change in the state of the first electric power supply line during the electric power generating mode.

[Solution] Provided is a vehicle control device for supplying electricity to an electrical load component of a vehicle. The vehicle control device comprises: a first electricity storage unit (3) capable of holding electricity over a long period of time; a second electricity storage unit (6) capable of more rapid charge and discharge than the first electricity storage unit (3); an ignition switch detection means (24) for detecting an operational state of an ignition switch of the vehicle; a voltage detection means (10) for detecting a voltage of the second electricity storage unit (6); and a discharge means (25) for, when the ignition switch detection means (24) detects that a turn-off operation of the ignition switch is performed, and the voltage detection means (10) detects that the voltage of the second electricity storage unit (6) is equal to or greater than a preset reference value, discharging electricity stored in the second electricity storage unit (6).

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for permitting a performance-enhancing nap in a motor vehicle. When a vehicle occupant requests a nap function, different vehicle parameters are set such that the performance-enhancing nap is promoted and the vehicle occupant enjoying the nap is woken at a specific time. According to the invention, during the nap function at least one physiological parameter of the vehicle occupant is measured, said parameter permitting conclusions to be drawn about the current depth of sleep, irrespective of any macromovements of the vehicle occupant, and the time at which the vehicle occupant is woken is selected by considering the at least one physiological parameter, such that the vehicle occupant is woken as far as possible at a time of light sleep.
