摘要: An electrically conductive polymer is produced by dissolving or dispersing a monomer of an aromatic compound or a derivative thereof and an electrolyte in an organic polar medium, effecting an electrochemical, anodic oxidation in the resulting solution or dispersion, in the presence of one or more metal ions, to obtain an electrically conductive polymer, and separating the obtained polymer. The metal ion is being selected from the group consisting of a copper ion, bivalent silver ion, trivalent iron ion, trivalent manganese ion, a ruthenium ion, a rhenium ion and a rhodium ion. Films of the polymer have high conductivity.

摘要: A dielectric oxide film is formed on the surface of a valve metal plate formed of aluminum and a conductive polymer layer is provided so as to cover the valve metal plate and the dielectric oxide film. The conductive polymer layer is formed of polyaniline having para-toluenesulfonic acid as a dopant. A conductive carbon paste layer and a silver paste layer are provided at the outer side of the conductive polymer layer and a metal plate, comprising a copper foil, is overlapped onto the silver paste layer. Anode lead terminals are connected to the ends of the valve metal plate and the respective end parts of the metal plate are arranged as cathode lead terminals. A shield strip line device, which is low in impedance, especially in high-frequency ranges of 100 MHz or more, and is favorably adapted to high speed and high frequencies, mainly for use as a bypass device for a noise filter or as a decoupling device, is thus obtained.

摘要: A secondary battery has a positive electrode, an electrolyte, and a negative electrode. The electrolyte is made up of a high molecular gel electrolyte comprising a matrix polymer and an electrolyte solution included in the matrix polymer. The electrolyte solution is formed by dissolving an ionic compound in a nonaqueous organic solvent. The matrix polymer forms a high molecular network by dispersing (i) a compound containing at least two polymerizable functional groups, (ii) compound having a polymerizable functional group and containing one of a carbonyl group, an amido group, and an oxyalkylene group, and (iii) a vinylidene fluoride polymer and polymerizing them.

摘要: A data processing apparatus receives key codes corresponding to keys depressed on a plurality of keyboards. These key codes are sequentially stored in a first-in first-out (FIFO) buffer awaiting processing by a central processing unit (CPU). If successive key code entries correspond to an auto repeat key (e.g., a space key, a backspace key, an underline key, a move cursor key, etc.), a determination is made whether the auto repeat key codes are the same. If they are, the CPU processes the subsequent auto repeat key code. If they are different, the CPU ignores that auto repeat key input. In another embodiment of the present invention, one of the keyboards is hardwired to the data processing system while a second keyboard is connected via a wireless link. Auto repeat key codes are only accepted from the first wire-connected keyboard, and any auto repeat key codes from the second wireless keyboard are ignored.
