    摘要: A kneading rotor, in which the length L4 of a long blade in the direction of rotation of a rotor section is greater than one half of the total length L5 of a rotor section main body in the direction of rotation, and the long blades are arranged in such a manner that, in a case where a pair of the rotor sections are arranged mutually in parallel inside the chamber of the closed kneading machine and are rotated in mutually opposite directions, an end section on the rearward side in the direction of rotation of the rotor section, of the long blade of one of the rotor sections, and an end section on the forward side in the direction of rotation of the rotor section, of the long blade of the other one of the rotor sections, alternately repeat mutually an approaching action and a separating action, and in the state of approach, the end section on the forward side and the end section on the rearward side oppose each other in the direction of rotation of the rotor sections on a line which links the respective central axes of the pair of rotor sections, in one cross-section perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotor section.

    摘要: An extruder that can control the temperature on the whole screw including the flight and avoid an extruded material form adhering on a surface of the screw, has a center hole with its front end closed formed in the center of the screw core, and an inner tube inserted in the center hole from the base end side of the center hole. The front end of the inner tube opens at a position corresponding to the base end of the flight. A ring seal member occludes a space between a front outer surface of the inner tuber and the corresponding inner surface of the center hole. Thus, a main channel of a dual tube is formed which has an outward channel inside the inner tube and an inward channel outside the inner tube. On the other hand, on the back side of the flight, a jacket-form spiral channel is formed along the whole backside. The front end and the rear end of the spiral channel each communicate with the outward channel and inward channel of the main channel, respectively, through radial communicating holes.

    摘要: A plurality of mixing rotors that are housed in a chamber having a cocoon-shaped cross section in a tangential non-intermeshing state, where a plurality of long wings and short wings are provided on a wing portion of the mixing rotors. The long wings and the short wings severally have a plurality of different sizes of tip clearances, a twist angle of the long wings is changed in the axis direction, and makes mixing efficiency and dispersion efficiency compatible. Further, cooling medium paths are provided severally in the chamber and the mixing rotors to suppress excessive increase of the temperature of mixing materials. According to a batch mixer using the mixing rotors, it is possible to control quality reduction of the mixing materials caused by heat generation, and to improve the productivity by increasing the number of the wings without diminishing inherent processing performance of the mixer.

    摘要: A solid state image capturing apparatus is disclosed. A pixel array section has unit pixels containing photoelectric conversion elements, the unit pixels being two-dimensionally arranged in a matrix, and column signal wires correspondingly to columns of the matrix of the unit pixels. A line scanning section selectively controls lines of the matrix of the unit pixels of the pixel array section. An analog-to-digital conversion section converts an analog signal outputted from unit pixels of a line of the matrix of the unit pixels selected by the line scanning section through a corresponding column signal line to a digital signal. A conversion clock supply section selectively generates a conversion clock having a first clock period or a second clock period. An addition section adds unit pixel digital signals converted in the analog-to-digital conversion section by the conversion clocks having the first clock period and the second clock period, respectively.
