摘要： In a terminal block 10 which is interposed between a motor case 100 and an inverter case 200 placed in the motor case 100 and connects a motor input terminal to an inverter output terminal, an upper base 10U for accommodating an inverter side connecting terminal 20T connected to the inverter output terminal is fixed to the inverter case 200, and a lower base 10D for accommodating a motor side connecting terminal 20M is fixed to the motor case 100, and a waterproof and elastic member 60 is interposed between the upper base 10U and the lower base 10D and the motor side connecting terminal 20M is connected to the inverter side connecting terminal 20T by a flexible conductive member (a braided wire) 20H.

摘要： A waterproof plug includes a cylindrical resin member and a sealing section configured to include an outer circumference section which is provided on an outer face of the resin member and an inner circumference section which is provided on an inner face of the resin member. The outer circumference section intimately contacts to an inner wall face of a cavity of a connector housing, and the inner circumference section intimately contacts to an outer circumference face of an electric wire. An outer circumference face of the resin member is brought into contact with an inner wall face of an electric wire through hole of the connector housing. The resin member has a plurality of protruded claw sections protruding toward the inner circumference section side along a circumference direction of the resin member.

摘要： Rubber-cord complex 9 having improved wet heat adhesive property between rubber and cord. The rubber-cord complex includes cord 10 comprising drawn plated wire 17 prepared by providing brass plated layer 16E on surface of element wire 15 and drawing the resulting plated wire and rubber 12 vulcanized and bonded to cord 10. The rubber-cord complex 9 has adhesion reaction layer 25 (formed by cross-linking sulfur and copper) between rubber 12 and brass plated layer 16E. Adhesion reaction layer 25 has average thickness of 50-1,000 nm. Interface S between adhesion reaction layer 25 and the rubber has a fractal dimension of 1.001-1.300 in a wet heat deterioration state after being subjected to vulcanization to bond rubber 12 thereto and being held at a temperature of 50-100° C. and a humidity of 60-100% for one hour to 20 days.
