    摘要: A drive shaft is configured from a shaft body, a shaft portion provided with extensions and boot mounting parts coaxially and integrally formed on ends thereof, and constant velocity joints attached to ends of the extensions via interior members. The outer diameter of intermediate portions of the extensions is smaller than that of the ends and the boot mounting parts. Formed on the opening-sides of the inner surfaces of the exterior members of the constant velocity joints are flanks that face outward and leave a slight clearance with the intermediate portions. Edges forming the boot mounting part sides of the intermediate portions are set to positions corresponding to outer edges of the flanks, and tapered portions connect the edges and the boot mounting parts.

    摘要: In a power supply apparatus, in a standby mode, control signals for controlling a first MOSFET of a power supply apparatus to be turned on and a second MOSFET to be turned off are supplied to the gates of the first and second MOSFETs from a control circuit, respectively. The emitter of a PNP transistor is connected to the gate of the second MOSFET through a diode of a switch circuit and the collector is connected to the ground. A power supply operation control signal is input to the base of the PNP transistor. When a power supply operation control signal in a Low state is input to the base in a standby mode, the emitter and the collector are connected to each other. Accordingly, the gate of the second MOSFET has a potential substantially the same as a ground potential and the second MOSFET is turned off irrespective of the control signal.

    摘要: A DC-DC converter includes a primary side circuit for allowing a switching device to perform on/off operations to output energy in a primary coil of a transformer to a secondary coil. A secondary side circuit rectifies and smooths a voltage outputted from the secondary coil so as to output a DC-DC voltage. A voltage-detecting circuit rectifies and smooths a voltage outputted from a voltage-detecting coil provided in the transformer so as to output the voltage as a detected voltage corresponding to a voltage to be outputted from the secondary side circuit. A control circuit applies to the switching device a pulse control signal used for controlling on/off operation of the switching device according to the voltage outputted from the voltage-detecting circuit. A primary side current-detecting circuit converts a working current in the primary side circuit, the working current corresponding to a current in the secondary side circuit, for performing detection thereof, and for superposing the thus detected voltage corresponding to the working current with the detected voltage outputted from the voltage-detecting circuit so as to compensate for an amount of variation of an output voltage of the secondary side circuit. The variation is attributed to a variation of the working current in the secondary side circuit. A voltage determined by the superposed voltage is applied to the control circuit.

    摘要: A grinding wheel is for use in a grinding machine, and is attached on a wheel spindle of the grinding machine for simultaneously grinding at least two parts of a workpiece. The grinding wheel includes at least two wheel cores. Each of wheel cores has a disk-like shape. An abrasive layer is disposed on a circumferential surface of each of the wheel cores. A spacer portion is inseparably fixed on at least one of the wheel cores for keeping a space between the abrasive layers of the wheel cores. And a first labyrinth portion located on one of side surfaces of one of the wheel cores for forming a labyrinth seal with a second labyrinth portion arranged on the grinding machine. The number of separable parts of the grinding wheel are extremely decreased in consideration of imbalance of every part. The spacer portion is integral with at least one of the wheel cores. Since the grinding wheel is easily accurately balanced, vibration of the grinding wheel is decreased and stability is enhanced when the wheel spindle is driven at very high speed. As a result, machining accuracy for grinding is enhanced.
