    摘要: A high-frequency oscillation circuit includes a resonance circuit and an active circuit. The active circuit includes a field-effect transistor and a capacitor. An impedance-conversion circuit including a high-impedance line, a capacitive stub, and a connecting line such as wire, is connected between the active circuit and the resonance circuit. Accordingly, the impedance-conversion circuit can convert the characteristic impedance of the resonance circuit so that the absolute value of the reflection coefficient of the active circuit increases. As a result, the oscillation conditions can be easily fulfilled.

    摘要: A field-effect transistor device includes an active area on a semiconductor substrate and a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode are disposed on the surface of the active area, so as to define an FET portion. An electrode defining a line for connection to the gate, an electrode defining a line for connection to the source, and an electrode defining a line for connection to the drain are disposed on the semiconductor substrate. The electrodes define a slot line on the input side for supplying a signal to the FET portion, and a slot line on the output side from which a signal of the FET portion is output. The gate electrode has a shape which extends along the direction that approximately perpendicular to the conduction direction of the signal through the slot line on the input side.

A first conductor pattern is disposed in a direction substantially perpendicular to first dielectric strips which constitute a first NRD guide, first and second filter circuits are provided at positions on opposite sides of the first dielectric strips, thus forming a first resonance circuit, and beam lead diodes are mounted in series within the resonance circuit. Further, a second conductor pattern is extended substantially from the midpoint between the filter circuits, and a third filter circuit is provided, thus forming a second resonance circuit. A second NRD guide based on second dielectric strips is connected to the second resonance circuit.

The TE010-mode resonator is attached to the circuit substrate with an insulative adhesive. Accordingly, a current path remains unchanged even if the circuit substrate and the TE010-mode resonator are partially disengaged from each other, thereby achieving stable characteristics.

    摘要: The present invention provides a dielectric resonator device, an oscillator, and a transmitter-receiver apparatus having stable characteristics while requiring lower manufacturing costs. A circuit substrate 1 has a top surface 1A provided with transmission lines 2, and a bottom surface 1B provided with a ground electrode 3. A dielectric substrate 5 has opposite surfaces 5A, 5B that are respectively provided with electrodes 6 having circular openings 7 so as to form a TE010-mode resonator 4. An insulating layer 8 is disposed between the ground electrode 3 of the circuit substrate 1 and the electrodes 6 of the TE010-mode resonator 4. The TE010-mode resonator 4 is attached to the circuit substrate 1 with an insulative adhesive 9. Accordingly, a current path remains unchanged even if the circuit substrate 1 and the TE010-mode resonator 4 are partially disengaged from each other, thereby achieving stable characteristics.

    摘要: A dielectric line switch is provided which is capable of easily controlling the propagation of an electromagnetic wave. Also provided is an antenna device employing said dielectric line switch. As an embodiment of the invention, a plurality of dielectric lines and a plurality of primary radiators are provided on a rotary unit. With the rotation of the rotary unit, the dielectric lines are switched ON and OFF by virtue of mechanical means, so that a desired change-over may be effected among the plurality of primary radiators in a time sharing manner, and the positions of the primary radiators may be shifted within a plane of the focal point of a dielectric lens, thereby enabling the transmission wave beam and/or reception wave beam to scan in a desired manner.

    摘要: Disclosed is a spring steel which contains, by mass, 1.2% or less C; 0.1% to 2% Mn; 0.2% to 3% Si; 0.0003% to 0.005% Al; to 8 ppm Li; 30 ppm or less (excluding 0 ppm) Ca; and 10 ppm or less (excluding 0 ppm) Mg.
