    摘要: A pulley mechanism of a vehicular belt-type continuously variable transmission that makes it possible to enhance the joint strength between a rotary shaft and a stationary sheave without increasing the axial length of the belt-type continuously variable transmission is provided. Since a first stationary portion and a second stationary portion are provided on both sides of a step portion respectively, a stationary sheave is fixed by this first stationary portion and this second stationary portion, and the joint strength between the stationary sheave and an output shaft increases. Besides, a belt reaction force during power transmission can be received by the first stationary portion and the second stationary portion. Therefore, the amount of inclination of the stationary sheave during power transmission is also held small, and a fall in the torque capacity and transmission efficiency of the belt-type continuously variable transmission and a deterioration in the NV characteristics of the belt-type continuously variable transmission can be suppressed.

    摘要: A dip-coating process includes immersing a member to be coated in a coating solution in a coating vessel and lifting the member to be coated while covering a side surface of the member to be coated with a telescopic sliding hood to form a coating film on a surface of the member to be coated. The telescopic sliding hood includes a plurality of tubular members connected so that their diameters successively decrease upward in a dip-coating direction, and can cover the side surface of the member to be coated by extending in association with the movement of the member to be coated during the lift of the member to be coated. While the member to be coated is being lifted, a downward airflow in the dip-coating direction is generated in a gap between an inner surface of the telescopic sliding hood and the member to be coated to discharge solvent vapor to outside the telescopic sliding hood.

    摘要: A forward-reverse switching device for a vehicle includes a planetary gear set and a one-way clutch coupled to any two rotating elements among first, second and third rotating elements, each corresponding to any one of a ring gear, a carrier and a sun gear, of the planetary gear set. The first rotating element is coupled to a driving force source. The third rotating element is coupled to a drive wheel. Rotation of the second rotating element is prohibited to rotate the third rotating element in a direction opposite to the rotational direction of the first rotating element. The first to third rotating elements are integrally rotated to rotate the third rotating element in the same direction as the first rotating element. The one-way clutch is engaged when the rotational speed of the third rotating element exceeds the rotational speed of the first rotating element.

    摘要: A clip comprises a pin having a flange and a shank and a bush having a flange and a hollow shank into which the pin shank is inserted. The clip is configured so that the pin and bush can be temporarily connected, and the bush shank can be inserted into a mounting hole in a workpiece such as a panel while the pin and bush are temporarily connected. When the pin shank is further inserted into the bush shank, the bush shank expands to fix the clip to the workpiece. The bush flange has a wall extending to about the level of the pin flange when the pin and the bush are temporarily connected so as to shield the pin flange and the pin shank.

    摘要: A fastener comprising a bush and a pin is used to mount an airbag on a vehicle body panel. The pin has a head with legs depending therefrom, and the bush has a flange with a shank depending therefrom. The shank supports resilient pawls moveable in slots. The legs of the pin are inserted into the slots to a temporary connection position at which the resilient pawls are free to move inward of the slots, and to a permanent connection position at which such movement is blocked. The bush shank has a rigid axial column between the slots. The flange has a pair of spaced upright walls defining a space for receiving the pin and for preventing the head of the pin from being pressed inadvertently.
