The lubricant station includes a tub for holding lubricant and a caddy disposed in the tub, with the storage disk platters placed in the caddy. The caddy includes a mandrel configured to raise and lower the storage disk platters into the tub. The caddy also includes rotatable shafts configured to hold the storage disk platter. The caddy also includes a drive mechanism for rotating the rotatable shafts. The lubricant station also includes control circuitry configured to lower the storage disk platters onto the rotatable shafts of the caddy, rotate the rotatable shafts and the storage disk platters, and remove the storage disk platters from the tub.
Abstract:
A positioning jig assembly includes a positioning main body with holes into which electronic component bodies are respectively press-fit, a first and a second guide bodies disposed to be superimposed on the positioning main body in a planar view. First through-holes are formed in the first guide body. Second through-holes formed in the second guide body guide the electronic component main bodies to the first through-holes. The first through-holes provisionally position the electronic component main bodies. When height in the first direction of the electronic component main bodies is represented as H, lengths of the first through-hole and the second through-hole are respectively represented as L1 and L2, and depth of the hole is represented as D, L1
Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for graphene wet transfer, which includes: a reservoir body having at least two reservoirs; a barrier structure located on the reservoir and having at least one separated space formed by barriers; and a substrate frame located below the barrier structure and having at least one substrate accommodation groove for accommodating a target substrate to which graphene is transferred. Here, each reservoir may be filled with a solution for a wet transfer process, and the graphene may be separately located in each separated space in a floating state in the solution.
Abstract:
A coating apparatus includes: a nozzle having a nozzle front end configured to spray a coating solution and a head configured to store the coating solution; a movement axis configured to cause the nozzle to move back and forth in a straight line; a rotating connection member configured to connect the movement axis with the nozzle and allow the nozzle to rotate; a stage disposed under the movement axis; and a cleaning means disposed at an end of the movement axis, and having a nozzle front end insertion unit in a concave shape of the nozzle front end and a base fixing the insertion unit, wherein the nozzle is fixed in a normal direction of a surface of the stage by the movement axis, moves back and forth in an extension direction of the movement axis, and rotates with respect to the movement axis.
Abstract:
A device capable of performing surface treatment evenly to an upper portion of a substrate is provided. An upper end of a substrate 54 is sandwiched and held by a clip 52 of a hanger 50. A pipe 56 as a treatment solution releasing section is provided on each side of the substrate 54 that is held by the hanger 50. This pipe 56 is provided with a hole 58 from which the treatment solution is released obliquely upward. The released treatment solution flows down on a surface of the substrate 54, reaches a lower portion thereof, is circulated by a pump 60, and is released from the pipe 56 again.

Abstract:
A speed and angle adjustable dip-coating film forming device includes: a base; two swing rods, where the two swing rods are disposed opposite to each other, separately movably connected to the base, and capable of swinging relative to the base; two angle fixing racks, separately disposed on two sides of the base and capable of fixing positions of the swing rods; a power element, disposed on the swing rods; and a lifting rack, movably disposed on the swing rods, and capable of swinging with the swing rods and being driven by the power element to move vertically along the swing rods. A lifting angle can be changed by swinging the swing rods and fixing the swing rods by using the angle fixing racks, and a lifting speed can be changed by changing a moving speed of the lifting rack by using the power element.
Abstract:
Provided is a coating apparatus that suppresses the phenomenon in which a semisolid film is retained on the upper-end edge portion of the coating bath even after the circulation of the coating liquid is resumed, resulting in the occurrence of coating defects, and a method for producing an electrophotographic photosensitive member using the coating apparatus. The upper-end portion of the coating bath includes a first upper-end surface, a second upper-end surface that is positioned below the first upper-end surface and has an outer diameter larger than that of the first upper-end surface, and a step surface that interconnects the first upper-end surface and the second upper-end surface. The coating liquid is capable of overflowing from the coating bath, flowing along the second upper-end surface, and flowing while wetting the whole area of the step surface when the circulation is resumed.
Abstract:
Method for dip treatment of an optical element, wherein the optical element is held, while it is being dipped, by a holding ring, the ring including a hoop for draining and encircling a peripheral edge of the optical element, thereby exerting continuous linear contact with the peripheral edge, the hoop forming an arc over more than 180° and being provided at each of its two ends with an outwardly-directed drip tab pointing away from the optical element.
Abstract:
A coating or washing apparatus and method that utilizes a reel to receive tubings, the tubings receive elongate flimsy members at tubing inlets and provide circulating fluid for coating the flimsy members. An elevator raises and lowers tubing inlets while maintaining fluid circulation; the raising corresponds with an unwinding of the tubings from the reel and lowering the tubing inlets corresponds with winding the tubings on the reel.
