摘要: According to one embodiment, a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes a data acquisition unit, an eddy magnetic field measuring unit and an imaging unit. The data acquisition unit is configured to acquire magnetic resonance signals at mutually different timings with applying a gradient magnetic field for generating an eddy magnetic field. The eddy magnetic field measuring unit is configured to acquire eddy magnetic field information including a time constant of the eddy magnetic field based on phase information of the magnetic resonance signals acquired at the timings. The imaging unit is configured to perform imaging under an imaging condition or a data processing condition according to the eddy magnetic field information.

摘要: In a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus according to the present embodiment, the sequence execution control unit alternately executes an imaging sequence of collecting data for generating a diagnostic image and a navigator sequence of collecting data for generating a navigator image that is an image for motion detection. The slice position detecting unit analyzes the navigator image generated from the data collected in the navigator sequence each time the navigator sequence is executed, and thereby detects the position of a mark indicating a slice excited by the imaging sequence executed prior to the navigator sequence. The respiratory motion estimating unit estimates the motion of a portion due to the subject's respiration, based on the detected position of the mark.

摘要: In one embodiment, an MRI apparatus (20) includes a main scan executing unit for executing a main scan, an image reconstruction unit (90) for reconstructing image data based on MR signals acquired in the main scan, a calibration scan setting unit (100), a calibration scan executing unit, and a condition determining unit. The calibration scan setting unit calculates a condition of a calibration scan for determining “an imaging condition of the main scan” or “a condition of correction processing of the image data”, based on a type of an RF coil device and an imaging part. The calibration scan executing unit executes the calibration scan based on the condition of the calibration scan. The condition determining unit determines “the imaging condition of the main scan” or “the condition of the correction processing”, based on an execution result of the calibration scan.

摘要: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes an input unit, a data acquisition unit and an image generating unit. The input unit inputs information indicating a matter of which resonance frequency is a center frequency of an excitation pulse. The data acquisition unit acquires magnetic resonance data with obtaining a steady state free precession. Each of the plural excitation pulses has a transmission phase varying by a variation amount determined based on a difference between a resonance frequency and the center frequency. The image generating unit generates an image of the desired matter based on the magnetic resonance data.

The first image creating unit creates a first image by performing a rendering processing on volume data which is three-dimensional medical image data. The second image creating unit creates a second image having a different stereoscopic effect from the first image by performing the rendering processing on the volume data. The display controller that controls to display the first image and the second image in a designated region that is designated in a display surface of a display unit and a background region other than the designated region, respectively.

摘要: In a medical imaging method of taking a tomographic image of a sample into which a contrast medium is injected by the use of a medical imaging system, a monitoring operation is performed on the sample into which the contrast medium is injected and then an imaging scan for reconstructing the tomographic image is performed. The monitoring operation is to repeat the steps of: (1) performing a monitoring scan for collecting data representing a concentration distribution of the contrast medium in a monitoring region of the sample, (2) reconstructing a reconstructed image representing the concentration distribution of the contrast medium in the monitoring region from the data acquired by the monitoring scan, (3) calculating a maximum signal value from a reconstructed image newly reconstructed and the reconstructed image previously reconstructed every pixel and generating a monitoring image including the maximum signal value calculated every pixel whenever the reconstructed image is newly reconstructed, and (4) monitoring whether a start time of the imaging scan comes in, until the start time comes in.
