    摘要: An actuator is arranged such that an operation stroke is obtained by a shape memory element made of a shape memory alloy member for recovering a memorized shape when the shape memory alloy member is heated, and that shape recovery control of the shape memory element is performed by Joule heat generated by a current supplied thereto. The shape memory element of this actuator has a mechanism such as conductive layers made of copper-plated layers covering part of the surface of the shape memory alloy. This mechanism decreases an electrical resistance of at least one portion of the element such that it is smaller than the electrical resistance of any other portion thereof. The conductive layers contribute to the partial shape recovery control of the shape memory element with high precision.

    摘要: A tip 14 is rotatably attached to a tip holder 10. The tip holder 10 is made into a cylindrical shape and its end has an installation part 16. An opening is arranged at a holder joint. The tip holder 10 is attracted by a magnet for attachment so that detaching and attaching can be performed easily. Tip offset data is recorded as a 2-dimensional code 17 on the surface of the tip holder 10. When replacing the tip holder, the offset data is read out and inputted to a scribe device, thereby canceling the offset. This eliminates the operation required for correction when attaching/detaching the tip holder and enables easy tip replacement during a short time of device stop.

    摘要: In the computer apparatus which has a processing unit, a power consumption measuring unit, and a power counter, the power consumption of running programs on the processing unit is measured at arbitrary constant period, wherein the measuring value is integrated to the power counter. When the power counter overflows, the processing unit is interrupted for sampling information required for analysis. Then the processing unit which received the interruption executes a sampling of the power consumption base. So, power consumption based sampling and profiling becomes to be enabled.

In this camera, using chromatic aberration of the objective lens 133, the element that is sensitive to the light in the red spectral region receives the light in a red spectral region LR from a subject surface segment XR, the element that is sensitive to the light in the green spectral region receives the light in a green spectral region LG from a subject surface segment XG, and the element that is sensitive to the light in the blue spectral region receives the light in a blue spectral region LB from a subject surface segment XB, to form an image. The images taken by the respective elements are imaged individually and produced on a monitor.
