    摘要: An expression vector is constructed by transferring recombinant tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) cDNA, in which a coat protein gene of ToMV having a suppressor against a virus resistant reaction has been substituted by a GFP gene, into the downstream of a promoter capable of inducing steroid hormone-dependent transcription. In a transformed tobacco BY-2 cell obtained by transferring the above expression vector into a tobacco BY-2 cells, steroid hormone-dependent transcription is induced, thereby enabling the amplification of mRNA of the GFP gene and induction of the expression of GFP.

By using this, a vector containing a viral base sequence is constructed, and a protein is efficiently produced without worsening growth of a host cell containing the vector.

The wheel position detecting device includes triggering devices and a receiver mounted on the vehicle-body side, and transmitters mounted on the wheels. Each triggering device outputs a trigger signal to each transmitter. In response to the trigger signal, each transmitter transmits a frame to the receiver. The receiver receives the frame and judges whether the transmitter is mounted on a subject wheel, based on whether reception strength indicated by reception strength data stored in the frame is within a range set in advance.

    摘要: A first trigger unit and a second trigger unit output trigger signals to transceivers disposed for the four wheels of a vehicle. The first and second trigger units are attached to wall surfaces of tire housings corresponding to the left front and left rear wheels respectively. Each of the first and second trigger units is arranged in a position of the wall surface having an angle from 5 to 25 degrees with respect to the side of the corresponding wheel. Transceivers attached to a right front and right rear wheels are thus located farther from the trigger units than the left front and left rear wheels, respectively. Such arrangement allows the transceivers attached to the right front and right rear wheels to receive the outputted trigger signals with sufficient accuracy due to high field strength.

    摘要: A wheel position detecting apparatus comprises transmitters, a triggering device, and a receiver. The transmitters are attached to the plurality of wheels respectively. Each transmitter transmits a frame responsively to a triggering signal from the triggering device. The frame includes data indicating a reception intensity of the triggering signal. The triggering device is disposed in a vehicle body and outputs the triggering signal toward the transmitters attached to the plurality of wheels. This triggering device is poisoned nearest to a specified wheel among the plurality of wheels to which the triggering signal is outputted, the specified wheel being influenced most heavily by noise generated in the vehicle. The receiver, disposed to the vehicle body, receives the frame and uses the data indicating the reception intensity of the triggering signal to detect positions of the wheels by determining which transmitter is attached to which wheel.

    摘要: According to the invention, a wheel identifying apparatus includes a plurality of transmitters and a receiver. Each of the transmitters is mounted on one of wheels of a vehicle with a given distance from a rotation axis of the wheel. Each of the transmitters is configured to transmit a signal when an angular position thereof coincides with a predetermined angular position. The receiver includes a receiving antenna located at such a predetermined position on a body of the vehicle that all distances from the receiving antenna to the rotation axes of the wheels of the vehicle are different from each other. The receiver works to receive all the signals transmitted from the transmitters, detect the received signal levels of the signals, and identify, for each of the signals, the wheel on which the transmitter having transmitted the signal is located, based on the detected received signal level of the signal.
