摘要: According to one embodiment, an information integration control system includes a collector, a storage module and a generator. The collector collects infrastructure information concerning a social infrastructure, user information about a user who uses the social infrastructure, and management information of a manager who manages the social infrastructure and the user. The storage module stores the infrastructure information, the user information, and the management information which are collected. The generator generates control information for the social infrastructure based on the infrastructure information, the user information, and the management information which are stored in the storage module.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a water demand optimization system includes a management terminal, a measuring apparatus, a demand information generating unit and a water-supply control apparatus. The management terminal drives customer equipment, which performs an operation using water, in a time zone in which a power unit rate is low. The measuring apparatus measures an amount of water used in a dwelling unit. The demand information generating unit generates water demand based on the amount of water. The water-supply control apparatus controls a pump in a manner to meet water demand and to minimize a treatment cost in a water purification plant and a cost for conveyance of clear water with reference to a variation in the power unit rate.

This invention there is provided improved freezer control unit, which exercise to ccntrol by providing power cut detector 10, which detects that the power source which drives freezer 5 has undergone a power cut, and stopping the signal of signal holding circuit 4, which outputs the `Run` signal, by the signal of this power cut detector 10 when a power cut occurs so that freezer 5 does not restart automatically when power is restored.

摘要: A dehumidifier for removing moisture from a gas containing moisture comprises a first electrode which is in contact with a gas containing moisture on a first surface thereof and, when a positive voltage is applied thereto, which produces protons from said moisture, a proton conductive solid having first and second portions which is connected to a second surface of the first electrode at the first portion and allows the protons to pass therethrough, and a second electrode which is connected to the second portion of the proton conductive solid on a first surface thereof and in contact with air on a second surface thereof. In a preferred embodiment, the first electrode, the proton conductive solid, and the second electrode are formed as a laminate. When a negative voltage is applied between the first and second electrodes, hydrogen or water is produced from the protons passed through the proton conductive solid.
