Abstract:
An overhead door with a pair of stays and a respective stay holding tension springs. Each of the stays is rotatably fitted to the inner surface of a corresponding lateral wall of a cabinet main body by way of a rotary shaft and have their front end pivotably secured to the door at a position close to the lower edge of the door. Each of the stay holding tension springs are so arranged that each of them is hooked at an end to a position located upward and forward relative to the corresponding rotary shaft on the inner surface of the related lateral wall of the cabinet main body and at the opposite end to a middle point of the corresponding stay.
Abstract:
An anticorrosive structure for leads of packaged circuit modules wherein each of the leads covered with an anticorrosive coat has a tapered end so that one edge of the tapered end projects beyond another edge of the tapered end, the one edge and the another edge are connected with a single flat inclined surface and the single flat inclined surface is entirely covered with the anticorrosive coating.
Abstract:
A single wheel-type caster includes a frame having a body portion and a pair of parallel side walls extending downwardly from the body portion. A wheel is disposed between and rotatably supported on the pair of side walls of the frame. A mechanism for locking the wheel includes a group of engagement portions which are provided at the wheel, and are arranged on a circle having its center aligned with the axis of rotation of the wheel. This wheel lock mechanism further includes a push button and a slide member. The push button is disposed in opposed relation to the outer peripheral surface of the wheel, and is supported on the body portion of the frame so as to move radially of the wheel. The slide member has an engagement portion, and is supported on one of the side walls of the frame so as to slide radially of the wheel. The slide member is moved in response to the movement of the push button. When the engagement portion of the slide member is engaged with the engagement portion of the wheel, the wheel is locked.
Abstract:
An overhead door is provided with a pair of stays and respective stay holding tension springs arranged such that, when the door is closed, they are expanded only less than twice of their length so that they are not subjected to excessive loads and hence can have a prolong service life. Each of the stays is rotatably fitted to the inner surface of a corresponding lateral wall of a cabinet main body by way of a rotary shaft and have its front end pivotably secured to the door at a position close to the lower edge of the door. A pair of slide rail assemblies, each comprising an outer rail and an inner rail, are arranged such that the outer rails are fitted longitudinally in parallel with each other on the inner surface of the door and the upper end of each of the inner rails is pivotably secured to the front edge of the roof board of the cabinet main body. Each of the stay holding tension springs are arranged so that each of them is hooked at an end to a position located upward and forward relative to the corresponding rotary shaft on the inner surface of the related lateral wall of the cabinet main body and at the opposite end to a middle point of the corresponding stay.
Abstract:
A lead cutting apparatus for cutting the leads or pins of electric and electronic devices into a predetermined length in the manufacturing process including inclined pressing surface(s) and cutting edge(s) for cutting the leads, which are covered with an anticorrosive coat, at a cutting position. The inclined pressing surface(s) is at an appropriate angle relative to the length of the leads and presses, between the pressing surface and an opposite inclined or non-inclined pressing surface, the leads near the cutting positions, thus cutting the leads into a shape that becomes gradually thinner to a very small thickness. The cut ends of the leads are covered with the anticorrosive coat and thus prevented from rusting without requiring any anticorrosive treatment. Accordingly, the manufacturing cost of the electric and electrical devices can be reduced greatly.
Abstract:
A printed wiring pattern for preventing poorly soldered connection that tends to occur when soldering surface mounting chip components and lead terminals of mounting components on the printed wiring pattern is capable of making the detection of a poorly soldered site a simple task.
