    摘要: A paper web threading apparatus for a rotary printing press, which occupies a minimum space required for the installation thereof and which enables automatic threading of a paper web to be conducted smoothly without applying any ineffective tension to the paper web which can be guided along all relevant paper web threading paths. The paper web threading apparatus includes a guide path provided along and laterally of the paper web threading path. A paper web guiding member includes a belt-shaped member having a guided end engaging portion adapted to engage with or secure the guided end of the paper web. A guiding member moving and driving device meshs with the paper we guiding member so as to move the latter along the guide path.

    摘要: In an inking mechanism in a rotary press a doctor blade is provided to prevent the mixing into the ink of bubbles which cause the scattering of an ink mist upon bursting of the bubbles. The doctor blade can swing along the circumferential surface of eccentric sleeves supporting both ends of a fountain roll. A free end portion of the doctor blade contacts with a position just progressed in the rotative direction on that portion of the circumferential surface of a mesh roll to which ink is transferred from the fountain roll. A scraped ink returning plate is provided close to and along the circumferential surface of the fountain roll providing a streamline flow of the scraped ink without turbulent flow. The free end portion of the doctor blade can be displaced for cleaning and replacement.

    摘要: A web width adjusting device comprises a pressure force applying unit for applying pressure force to one side surface of a paper web which is successively traveled through two or more printing sections. Further the web width adjusting device may also include a counter pressure applying unit to apply counter pressure to the other side surface of the paper web. The pressure applying unit (and the counter pressure applying unit) deformes the paper web in a wavy surface which causes the width of the paper web to be shortened. The adjusting factors for the web width are controlled by automatic control system which detects traveling condition of the paper web, the generation of shears in printing, etc.

Also disclosed is a method for producing the resin laminate with a high productivity. Further disclosed is a transfer film for use in the production of the resin laminate. The resin laminate comprises a resin shaped article, an antistatic layer containing a π-electron conjugated conductive polymer and at least one resin selected from a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin, a polyesterurethane resin, an acrylic resin, and a melamine resin on at least one surface of the shaped article, and a cured coating film layer obtained by curing a curable resin on the antistatic layer. The method for producing the resin laminate preferably comprises the steps of forming the cured coating film layer and the antistatic layer on a mold using a transfer film, carrying out cast polymerization of a raw material for a resin, and detaching the resin laminate from the mold after the polymerization is completed.
