    摘要: In an abnormality monitoring apparatus of the present invention, a plurality of detectors (13, 14) are arranged at a plurality of positions in the axial direction of a pipeline (11) to detect respective sound waves (37) propagating from a position (B) of occurrence of abnormality. The aforementioned position is calculated from a sound wave detection time difference between the detectors (13, 14) and position between the detectors (13, 14). The apparatus further includes an abnormal waveform memory unit (28) for storing the waveforms of a plurality of kinds of typical abnormal sound waves generated from abnormality on the pipeline (11). A display device (19) displays, on the same image screen, the abnormal waveform stored in the abnormal waveform memory unit and that of the sound wave detected. It is, therefore, possible for a monitoring personnel to readily identify a kind of abnormality occurred.

    摘要: Compounds of the formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is each independently hydrogen or a group easily hydrolyzable under physiological conditions;R.sup.2 is --(CH.sub.2).sub.n -cycloalkyl wherein cycloalkyl contains 3 to 5 carbon atoms and n is an integer from 0 to 4, heteroaryl-(lower-alkyl), (lower-alkoxy)-(lower-alkyl), aryloxy-(lower-alkyl), aralkyloxy-(lower-alkyl), (lower-alkylthio)-(lower-alkyl), arylthio-(lower-alkyl), aralkylthio-(lower-alkyl), oxo-(lower-alkyl), acylamino-(lower-alkyl), cyclic amino-(lower-alkyl), (2-oxocyclic amino)-(lower-alkyl) wherein the alkylene chain is unsubstituted or substituted with one or two lower-alkyl group(s); andR.sup.3 is iodo, or a vinyl or ethynyl group which group is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl, carbocyclic aromatic ring and heteorcyclic aromatic ring.The compounds of formula I are useful in the treatment of malignant diseases and can also be administered together with 5-fluorouracil or derivatives thereof to enhance the antitumour activity of the latter.

    摘要: In a chip-component structure, a monolithic ceramic capacitor is a structure including a predetermined number of substantially flat internal electrodes stacked on each other. An interposer includes a substrate larger than the outer shape of the monolithic ceramic capacitor. The substrate includes a first major surface on which first front electrodes for use in mounting the monolithic ceramic capacitor are disposed and a second major surface on which first back electrodes for use in connecting to an external circuit board are disposed. The interposer includes a depression in its side surface. The depression includes a wall surface on which a connection conductor is disposed. The front surface of the substrate is overlaid with resist films extending along its edges.
