摘要: Fuel injector has combination valve-armature fabricated by laser welding relatively more magnetically permeable armature element to relatively less magnetically permeable valve element. Valve element contains sealing ring and landing ring, the latter being circumferentially discontinuous because of fuel passage holes through the valve element, the former being non-symmetrical so that magnetic opening force causes valve-armature to open by tilting about consistent circumferential location on valve element. Initial opening tilting motion is stopped by corrugated stop surface of annular stop member with final tilting motion occurring about the corrugated stop surface until the full perimeter of the valve element abuts the full perimeter of the corrugated stop surface. Actuator has bobbin-mounted coil inserted into frame and encapsulated by outer plastic body. Conical disk spring acting between fuel inlet tube and coil forces one end of the latter against valve body member while forming a barrier between fuel inlet tube and other end of coil so that plastic does not intrude into interior of mechanism during injection molding of outer plastic body. Object of invention is lower fabricating cost for specified performance of injector.

摘要: A fuel injection valve has a valve body, a valve seat member having a valve seat and an opening portion formed at a downstream side of the valve seat member, a swirl chamber providing swirl to fuel, an orifice nozzle formed at a bottom of the swirl chamber and jetting the fuel, a communication conduit connecting the swirl chamber and the opening portion of the valve seat member, and a fuel inflow prevention wall provided at a connecting area between the communication conduit and the swirl chamber. The fuel inflow prevention wall is formed so as to prevent an incoming fuel from the communication conduit from directly flowing into the orifice nozzle and to suppresse a collision between a flow of the fuel that swirls and comes to the connecting area and a fuel flow coming from the communication conduit.

摘要: The microvalve includes an electromagnetic drive and of a multilayer lower valve part, which are permanently bonded to one another and are manufactured separately from one another. The lower valve part includes at least one armature and a valve-closure element, which are axially movable, as well as a housing which at least partially surrounds this axially movable component of the microvalve. The layers of the lower valve part are built up one upon the other by means of (multilayer) electrodeposition.The microvalve can be used in fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines.

摘要: A solenoid valve for a fuel injection valve with an internal space is disclosed. Fuel is included in the internal space. The solenoid valve includes a magnet coil that forms an electromagnet when energized. The solenoid valve also includes a stator that is magnetized by the electromagnet. The solenoid further includes an armature provided in the internal space that is attracted to and moves toward the stator when the stator is magnetized. The armature includes an attracted surface that faces the stator, a second surface that is opposite the attracted surface, a recess provided in the attracted surface, at least one through hole that extends through the armature from the attracted surface to the second surface, and at least one communication groove that establishes communication between the recess and the at least one through hole.

摘要: A fuel injection valve having a hollow plastic nozzle with a discharge orifice at its front end, and a plastic bobbin with a hollow barrel and spaced flanges, the nozzle and barrel being in spaced alignment, and a coil surrounding the barrel between the flanges. A valve plunger in the nozzle is movable between closed and opened positions and has a front end which closes the orifice in the closed position, the plunger forming a first fluid passage communicating with the orifice. A magnetic casing surrounds a part of the nozzle and the bobbin and coil, and holds the nozzle and bobbin in assembled relation, the casing having a portion bridging the space between the nozzle and barrel. An armature is attached to the rear end of the plunger and has a portion extending into the space between the nozzle and bobbin and defining a first, fixed airgap with the bridging portion of the casing, the armature also forming a second fluid passage communicating with the first passage. A magnetic core is positioned in the barrel and forms a second airgap with the armature in its closed position, the core, casing and armature forming a magnetic circuit for the coil. The core forms a third fluid passage communicating with the second passage, and a spring normally biases the armature and plunger to the closed position. The core is secured to the casing, and the casing includes an inlet conduit communicating with the third passage.
