The continuous kneading device continuously kneads the powder and the fluid by a first rotating kneading plate (10) built into the upper trunk (1) and a second rotating kneading plate (11) built into the lower trunk (2), wherein surfaces of the base metals of the first and second rotating kneading plates (10, 11) are covered with a coating material (50) for reducing friction when the powder and the fluid are kneaded together.

    摘要: A gas pressure transducer has a voltage stabilizer for supplying a piezoelectric crystal in a gas with an AC constant-voltage signal corresponding to an applied AC signal and having a constant peak amplitude. An alternating output current from the piezoelectric crystal is converted by a current-to-voltage converter into an AC voltage, which is shifted in phase by a phase shifter so that the impedance of the piezoelectric crystal is minimal or nearly minimal under the resonant condition. The shifted AC voltage is then applied to the voltage stabilizer. The piezoelectric crystal, the voltage stabilizer, the current-to-voltage converter, and the phase shifter jointly constitute a self-excited oscillation loop. Since the amplitude of the AC voltage from the current-to-voltage converter is uniquely dependent on the pressure of the gas, the gas pressure can be known from a DC voltage produced by rectifying the AC voltage.

    摘要: A method of reclaiming waste polyvinyl chloride according to the present invention includes the steps of bringing industrial waste containing polyvinyl chloride into contact with a solvent in which polyvinyl chloride can be dissolved, to remove polyvinyl chloride from the industrial waste, removing substances which cannot be dissolved in the solvent from a polyvinyl chloride solution consisting of the solvent and the polyvinyl dissolved therein, and recovering reclaimed polyvinyl chloride as a substance left over when the solvent is removed from the polyvinyl solution. The industrial waste to be reclaimed includes polyvinyl chips obtained from waste electric wires, polyvinyl chloride-impregnated wallpaper and used agricultural polyvinyl chloride sheets. The solvent used in the present invention consists of at least one kind of organic solvent selected from the group composed of methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone and dioctyl phthalate.
