摘要: A system and method are provided for prioritizing incoming datalink messages. When a datalink message is received in an aircraft, it is parsed into individual information elements. The relevance of the received datalink message is then assessed from the individual information elements. The received datalink message is then categorized into one of a plurality of playback priority categories, based on the assessed relevance of the received datalink message.

摘要: Methods and apparatus are provided for automatically and adaptively configuring a system for a user. User data that includes information representative of temporal and contextual user preferences, behaviors, habits, biases, idiosyncrasies, and tendencies associated with system settings and configurations are loaded into the system. The system is then configured based on the user data. User-initiated operations of the system are continuously monitored to model user performance. The user data are continuously updated based on the modeled user performance, and the system is continuously and automatically reconfigured based on the updated user data.

摘要: A system for providing feedback regarding the division of automated and operator tasks is provided. The system includes a display device and a processor. The processor is configured to at least selectively supply image rendering display commands to the display device that cause the display device to simultaneously render an operator pane, an automation pane, and a shared pane. The operator pane displays one or more tasks that have been allocated for execution by a human operator, the automation pane displays one or more tasks that have been allocated for execution by automation, and the shared pane displays one or more tasks that have been allocated for execution by both automation and a human operator.

A method for generating a flight display includes determining a position of an aircraft with reference to an airport, calculating a distance required for the aircraft to decelerate and descend for entering a final approach gate of the airport in a stabilized configuration, comparing the position of the aircraft with the distance required for the aircraft to decelerate and descend, and generating a flight display comprising an advisory based on a result of the comparing. A flight display system includes a database, an electronic display device, and a computer processor. The database and the electronic display device are in operable communication with the computer processor for displaying the flight display on the electronic display device.
