摘要： Dynamic IR radiation power control, beam steering and focus adjustment for use in a nanoscale IR spectroscopy system based on an Atomic Force Microscope. During illumination with a beam from an IR source, an AFM probe tip interaction with a sample due to local IR sample absorption is monitored. The power of the illumination at the sample is dynamically decreased to minimize sample overheating in locations/wavelengths where absorption is high and increased in locations/wavelengths where absorption is low to maintain signal to noise. Beam alignment and focus optimization as a function of wavelength are automatically performed.

摘要： An ink jet printbar assembly is provided with a plurality of printhead die assemblies mounted on a single flat substrate. The printhead die assemblies are linearly aligned along the substrate length. Each die assembly includes a line of nozzles having the same active print length. The individual die assemblies are spaced from adjacent die assemblies such that the last functional nozzle on one end of a die assembly is spaced a distance which is less than the active print length from the first adjacent functional nozzle on the next adjacent die assembly.

摘要： Disclosed is a model engine starter including a T-shaped starterator having sloping edges on its head coupled to the crank and piston link of a model engine by a spring supported coupling pin, wherein turning the T-shaped starterator by a traction rope through a spiral power spring and flywheel causes the model engine to start working; the turning of the crank by the model engine causes the coupling pin to pass over the sloping edges without causing the T-shaped starterator to rotate.
