摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation control device in a diesel engine, capable of suppressing NOx and smoke discharged. A first temperature sensor (11) is provided at a portion more on the upstream side than a portion where a suction air path (3) joins an exhaust gas recirculation path (4), and a second temperature sensor (12) is provided on the downstream side. Further, an engine load detection sensor (6) and an engine speed detection sensor (7) are arranged. The exhaust gas recirculation control device also has memory means where the temperature of suction air before it is mixed with an exhaust gas and a temperature value at a second temperature sensor installation position are previously memorized, the temperature value corresponding to an appropriate exhaust gas recirculation amount that is uniquely defined by an engine load and an engine speed. Further, judging means is provided. The judging means compares the corresponding temperature value memorized in the memory means and a value detected by the second temperature sensor. When the detected value is within a predetermined range relative to the temperature value, a circulation exhaust gas amount is determined to be appropriate, and when the detected value is not within a predetermined range relative to the temperature value, a circulation exhaust gas amount is determined to be abnormal.

摘要: In the radiographic apparatus according to this invention, when a radiographic mode designator 16 designates a non-standard radiographic mode, a signal corrector 15 uses defect information stored in one of non-standard image defect information memories 18B-18E for correcting X-ray detection signals outputted from an FPD 2. Since the pixel defect information for non-standard X-ray images is acquired by a pixel defect information converter 19 through a conversion from defect information for standard X-ray images stored in a standard image defect information memory 18A, it is unnecessary to collect output signals for pixel defect information acquisition from the FPD 2 all over again. As a result, abnormal X-ray detection signals due to defects of radiation detecting elements may be corrected promptly, regardless of how the radiation detecting elements are assigned to the pixels in the X-ray images.

摘要: A bonding method for bonding inner leads on a film to electrodes of semiconductor elements is performed by the steps of: individually positioning the film and semiconductor elements at a predetermined bonding position; individually recognizing the positions of the inner leads and electrodes; selecting a combination of one inner lead and one electrode which are positionally shifted relative to each other; correcting relative position of the inner lead and electrode which are positionally shifted so that the inner lead and electrode are aligned; the inner lead and electrode are bonded; relative positions of remaining inner leads and elctrodes are aligned; and the inner leads and elctrodes are individually connected by bonding.

摘要: An inner lead bonder for bonding dies to leads of carrier tape with improved positional accuracy and improved work efficiency. In the inner lead bonder, dies are fed to a die positioning spot one at a time and positioned. Then, said positioned die is carried to a bonding position. On the other hand, leads of a carrier tape are fed to the bonding position and positioned at the spot above the aforesaid die. Thereafter, the leads of the carrier tape are pressed onto the die and bonded by using a bonding tool. This inner lead bonder is characterized in that it includes a rotary table with the size covering the die positioning point and the bonding position, and after positioning the die on the rotary table, the rotary table is rotated in order to bring the die positioned as mentioned above to the bonding position to place the die at a proper position for bonding.
