摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a tertiary amine in the presence of a catalyst containing copper and at least one element selected from the group consisting of elements belonging to Groups 2, 3, 7 and 12 of the Periodic Table (long form of the periodic table), said process including the steps of (a) reducing an amide compound in a hydrogen atmosphere; and (b) introducing a dialkyl amine containing a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms into a reaction product obtained in the step (a), and treating the reaction product with the dialkyl amine. The present invention provides a process for producing high-purity aliphatic tertiary amines containing a less amount of by-products by reducing aliphatic acid amides under moderate conditions using a chromium-free catalyst, as well as a process for producing amine derivatives such as amine oxide by using the aliphatic tertiary amines, with a good productivity in an economical manner.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing an aliphatic nitrile, including the step of reacting at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and alkyl esters of these acids containing an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, with ammonia in the presence of a compound of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of zinc, cobalt, titanium and aluminum, and a sulfonic acid compound! and a process for producing an aliphatic amine, including the step of subjecting the aliphatic nitrile produced by the above process to hydrogenation reaction in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst. There are provided an industrially advantageous process for producing an aliphatic nitrile with a high reactivity; and a process for producing an aliphatic amine using the aliphatic nitrile as a raw material.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing an aliphatic amine, comprising the step of contacting a linear or branched, or cyclic aliphatic alcohol having 6 to 22 carbon atoms with ammonia and hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst formed by supporting at least (A) a ruthenium component produced by hydrolysis of a ruthenium compound on a carrier, or by further supporting, in addition to the component (A), a specific second metal component or a specific third metal component on the carrier. According to the process of the present invention, an aliphatic primary amine can be produced from an aliphatic alcohol with a high catalytic activity and a high selectivity.

The process for producing an aliphatic carboxylic acid amide according to the present invention has a high reaction efficiency of the reaction of the aliphatic carboxylic acid or alkyl ester thereof with the mono- or dialkylamine, and shows an excellent filtration efficiency in separation of the catalyst.
