摘要: A method for fabricating buried bit lines comprises steps of: defining a plurality of parallel masked regions and a plurality of first etched regions each forming between any two neighboring masked regions on a surface of a substrate, and wherein the masked region is wider than the first etched region; etching the first etched regions to form a plurality of first trenches and a plurality of first pillars; forming two bit lines respectively on two sidewalls of each first trench; etching the first pillars to form a plurality of second pillars corresponding to the bit lines. The present invention uses a two-stage etching process to prevent pillars from bending or collapsing due to high aspect ratio. Moreover, the present invention has a simple process and is able to reduce cost and decrease cell size.

摘要: A lens apparatus can be easily set even in cases where the lens body and demands are distant from each other upon shooting without a decrease in reliability. A lens body mounted on a camera body is provided with a command signal converting unit, a time-series position signal converting unit, a wireless communication unit, a communication condition monitoring unit and a communication process switch unit. A signal converting unit, to which a zoom demand and a focus demand are connected, is provided with a time-series command signal converting unit, a position signal converting unit and a wireless communication unit. The lens body and the signal converting unit are configured to wirelessly communicate with each other to eliminate the use of connection cables, thereby improving operationality while enabling highly reliable wireless communication.

摘要: An image information transmission device includes a registration unit, a storage unit, a determination unit, and an image information transmission unit. The registration unit registers an image information transmission instruction describing a destination number specifying a destination of image information and an abbreviated number corresponding to the destination number. The storage unit stores the destination number and transmission setting information used for transmitting the image information to the destination specified by the destination number. The determination unit determines whether or not the destination number described in the image information transmission instruction is contained in the destination number. The image information transmission unit transmits the image information.

摘要: A network former and a glass modifier are formed and maintained by using basalt rock ore, and the crystallization and binding of basalt fiber are inhibited The heat-resistance property of basalt fiber is greatly improved from the conventional 750° C. to 850 or 900° C., and significant cost reduction is achieved over conventional products. Basalt fiber material having basalt rock as a raw material to which one or more kinds of oxide selected from Al2O3, SiO2, CaO, and MgO is added, and basalt fiber material having two kinds of basalt rock containing different amounts of elements as raw materials are provided.

摘要: To reduce power consumption of a processor system including a plurality of processors without degradation of the processing ability, a CPU detects mode setting information added to instruction code and outputs a clock control signal and a power supply voltage control signal to a clock controlling section and a power supply voltage controlling section, respectively. When a plurality of processing engines execute an instruction in parallel, clock signals with a frequency lower than a predetermined frequency and power supply voltages lower than a predetermined voltage are supplied. As a result, power consumption is reduced and the processing ability is maintained by the parallel execution.
