摘要: A wheeled vehicle's antilock brake system (ABS) control device has three kinds of control modes of a braking force oriented mode, a sideways force oriented swinging-motion suppression mode and a sideways force oriented swinging-motion enhancement mode each of which is an ABS control mode being selected by means of an ABS control mode selection unit; and the vehicle ABS control device is so arranged that, in accordance with an ABS control mode selected by the ABS control mode selection unit, target slip rates on each of the vehicle's wheels being set by a target slip-rate setting unit are transferred toward respective braking force orientation or sideways force orientation, thereby the behavior of a wheeled vehicle is stabilized at a time when the wheeled vehicle on which the vehicle ABS control device is mounted makes a turn.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a charging and discharging control apparatus that can reduce a period until charging and discharging processing is started while reducing power consumption during non-use, and to provide an electric motor vehicle including the charging and discharging control apparatus. The charging and discharging control apparatus of the present invention predicts, with use of a charging and discharging start predictor, whether a charging and discharging operation including at least one of an operation to charge a storage apparatus and an operation to discharge the storage apparatus is started or not. In accordance with a result of prediction, a manager manages transition of a charging and discharging controller from an activated state to a standby state and from the standby state to the activated state.

摘要: In the vehicle traveling control device, a host vehicle location specification unit specifies a host vehicle location on a map. A first peripheral information detector detects a location of a planimetric feature or characteristics of a road in a periphery of the host vehicle on the basis of map data and the host vehicle location on the map specified by the host vehicle location specification unit. A second peripheral information detector detects a location of a planimetric feature or characteristics of a road in the periphery of the host vehicle on the basis of information acquired by a camera, a sensor, or a road-vehicle communication device mounted on the host vehicle. When the detection result from the first peripheral information detector and the detection result from the second peripheral information detector do not coincide, an automatic driving restriction unit restricts performance of automatic driving of the host vehicle.

摘要: An information distribution apparatus includes an obstacle identification apparatus that identifies an obstacle to a vehicle traveling in an area and then outputs obstacle information related to the position of the obstacle, a road database representing the positions of roads, and an impassable-road determination means that determines a road through which the vehicle cannot pass, based on the obstacle information outputted from the obstacle identification apparatus and the road database, and then outputs impassable-road information. A narrow-area automatic driving system is provided with the information distribution apparatus and the vehicle that travels from a departure point to a target point, along a route formed based on information outputted from the information distribution apparatus.
