The coil component includes an anisotropic compound magnetic sheet which is layered on at least any one or both of the upper surface and the lower surface of an air core coil formed spirally in a plane and which is composed of flat or needle-shaped soft magnetic metal powder, which has a major axis and a minor axis and is dispersed in a resin material, the major axis of which corresponds to an in-plane direction of the air core coil.

    摘要: A coil component 1 includes: a pot core 2; a coil 10 for generating magnetic flux when a predetermined electric current is supplied; a piezoelectric actuator 15 for changing the position of a movable core portion 11 with respect to the coil 10 in response to a control signal supplied from the outside and for passing the movable core portion 11 through the magnetic flux of closed magnetic-path, which is generated by the coil 10. Also, the piezoelectric actuator 15 includes: a piezoelectric device 9 for creating displacement in parallel with the thickness direction caused by the control signal, a moving body 11 connected to the piezoelectric device 9 and the movable core portion 11 for moving the movable core portion 11 in response to the displacement which occurred for the piezoelectric device 9, and a friction-drive rod 13 for rendering the moving body 11 moved by the displacement which occurred for the piezoelectric device 9 to be stationary at a predetermined position.

    摘要: Provided are composite magnetic sheet which has excellent magnetic properties while high strength and thickness reduction are realized and a method of producing the composite magnetic sheet. The composite magnetic sheet 1 includes at least a resin 20 and a metal magnetic powder 10. The metal magnetic powder 10 contains flat powder having a major axis and a minor axis, the flat powder having a diameter of the major axis in the range of not less than 5 μm and not more than 80 μm and having an aspect ratio defined by a dimension ratio between the major axis and the minor axis in the range of not less than 5 and not more than 20. In the composite magnetic sheet 1, the metal magnetic powder 10 is dispersed so that the major axis is aligned parallel along the surface of the composite magnetic sheet 1.

Then, the movable magnet includes a plurality of magnets and a magnet fixing unit composed of a nonmagnetic body for fixing the plurality of magnets whose same magnetic poles are facing one another, and among the plurality of solenoid coils, the coil length of one or more solenoid coils are made to be length equal to or greater than the magnet length of the magnet.
