    摘要: Impeller-type ejectors (2) are installed on the surfaces on both sides of a cabinet (1) defining an ejection chamber in the cabinet. Shots ejected from the ejectors (2) to a workpiece and fallen are conveyed in the horizontal direction by a horizontal screw conveyor (4) positioned above the lower end of the cabinet (1) and then conveyed upward by a vertical screw conveyer (5) whose base end is above the lower end of the cabinet (1). The shots pass from the upper section of the vertical screw conveyer (5) through a chute (8) to reach an opening/closing gate (9). When the gate (9) is opened and the shots are supplied to the ejectors (2) for re-ejection, a portion of the shots is caused to overflow from the gate (9). The overflowed shots are caused to pass through a separator (11) and a sieve device (15) to remove impurities and then returned to the horizontal screw conveyor (4).

    摘要: A shot-peening device(s) is installed on a side of a cabinet defining an ejection chamber in the cabinet. Shots ejected from the device to a workpiece fall and are conveyed in a horizontal direction by a horizontal screw conveyor positioned above a lower end of the cabinet and then conveyed upward by a vertical screw conveyor whose base end is above the lower end of the cabinet. The shots pass from an upper section of the vertical screw conveyor through a chute to reach an opening/closing gate. When the gate is opened and the shots are supplied to the device(s) for re-ejeciton, a portion of the shots is cause to overflow from the gate. The overflowed shots are caused to pass through a separator to remove impurities and then returned to the horizontal screw conveyor.

    摘要: To provide a novel shot-blasting machine to eliminate a dead space for a cover that shuts an opening for feeding and taking out works and to open and close the cover by moving a rotary drum around an axis. The machine has a cabinet 11, a rotary drum 13 having holes, and a centrifugal shooting machine 15. The rotary drum 13 moves, within the cabinet 11, around an axis through the positions for feeding, processing, and taking out the works. The cabinet 11 comprises a cover 51 for shutting an opening 11b for feeding and taking out the works. It has a wall 59 for sealing the side of the opening lib. The cover 51 is integrated with the rotary drum 13 to move around the axis. It has walls 51a, 51b, 51d that fit the wall 59 for sealing. Lip seals 61, 63 seal the gap between the walls 51a, 51b, 51d of the cover 51 and the wall 59 for sealing.

    摘要: A laser marker marks a workpiece surface with the pattern of a character, figure and/or symbol by laser beam scanning. It is desired to mark the pattern at the correct position on the workpiece surface. To facilitate the mark positioning, a virtual marking test is performed. In an embodiment, before the actual marking, a visible guide beam continuously and repeatedly scans the workpiece surface to form a projected image of the pattern or its domain. In another embodiment, before the actual marking, a visual display superimposes an image of the pattern and/or domain on a monitored image of the workpiece from a monitor camera. An automatic marking pattern generator is provided to automatically determine the character pattern to be marked from the entered character and marking area information.

    摘要: A rapid prototyping method utilizing a powder sintering process and an apparatus for fabricating a product, utilizing the method. The rapid prototyping method includes steps of slicing an image of a product to be fabricated into a number of layers, preparing a mold sheet for each of the slices of the product with a cavity adapted to the profile of the corresponding slice, laying the mold sheet in place on a one-on-the-other basis, feeding the cavity of the mold sheet with a powdery material, pressurizing the material, repeating the preceding steps for each slide to form a multilayer structure for a complete product, and sintering the multilayer structure to produce a finished product. The rapid prototyping method according to the invention provides major advantages over comparable known methods in terms of cost, processing time, and profiling accuracy.

    摘要: The present invention provides a drum for a shot blasting apparatus that uniformly treats the works to be treated by increasing the level of agitation of the works that are buried at the bottom of the drum, and, further, suppressing the traces of collisions on the works, which traces are caused by the works colliding with each other. The present invention also provides the shot blasting apparatus using the drum. The drum comprises a hollow middle part, a lower-half part having the shape of a truncated cone, having a closed, bottom, and having a projecting part for agitating that is connected to both the lower-half part and the middle part, and that agitates the works, wherein the projecting part for agitating has at least two surfaces, one being the surface for picking-up the works and the other being the surface for having the works slide down. The shot blasting apparatus of the present invention comprises, in addition to the drum for the shot blasting apparatus, a cabinet and a centrifugal injecting device wherein the cabinet comprises a sealing-wall member consisting of a ceiling-wall, a floor-wall, and both side walls, on the side of the opening of the cabinet. The cover is attached to the drum, and they can turn around as one body.
