    摘要: An screening method and apparatus for online identification of a reactive compound bonding with a target compound includes a first dimension analysis step whereby a sample including a target compound and a reactive compound are injected together into a sample injection port. The sample is led to a first dimension column using a first dimension mobile phase and is separated into components. An isolation step isolates the sample portion into a loop passage. A reactive compound concentration step includes leading the reaction products into a trap column that selectively traps the reactive compound while dissociating it from the reaction products isolated by the isolation step. A second dimension analysis step leads the sample trapped in the trap column to a second dimension column using a second dimension mobile phase.

    摘要: A reaction tank 15 for heating a sample solution containing glycoprotein in an alkali solution to separate sugar chains, and two cartridges 17a and 17b filled with ion exchange resin are provided, and the sample solution transported from the reaction tank 15 is subjected to neutralization treatment by passing the sample solution through the cartridges. The cartridges 17a and 17b are connected in parallel by two flow channel switching valves 16a and 16b. By switching the valves 16a and 16b, selection of a cartridge to be used for the neutralization treatment is made, and at the same time, acid and water are passed through the cartridge which is not in use, in order to allow regeneration of the ion exchange resin in the cartridge.

    摘要: Different lectins are immobilized in four columns, respectively. A sample containing a sugar chain is injected from a sample injection section, sent to one of the columns through a first flow path switching valve and a second or third flow path switching valve. Then, an eluate of the column is sent to a detector through a fourth flow path switching valve and is detected. Simultaneously, a cleaning solution is sent to one of columns, which differs from the column performing the analysis, through the first flow path switching valve and the second or third flow path switching valve. After the column is cleaned, the cleaning solution is discharged to a drain through the fourth flow path switching valve. Measurements are performed in the four columns sequentially, and measurement data are inputted into an arithmetic control device. Subsequently, data representing interactions between the sugar chain and the lectins are obtained.
