Abstract: A detector of a magnetic field probe includes a first wiring pattern formed on a first surface of a multilayer substrate and having a predetermined inclination with respect to an axial line direction of the magnetic field probe, a second wiring pattern formed on a second surface and having the predetermined inclination with respect to the axial line direction, and a first penetrating via penetrating through the multilayer substrate in the thickness direction and connecting a front end portion of the first wiring pattern and a front end portion of the second wiring pattern. Abstract: A coil component including an element assembly and a coil conductor embedded in the element assembly. The element assembly includes a first magnetic layer and a second magnetic layer that constitute a first principal surface and a second principal surface, respectively, where the first principal surface and the second principal surface are opposite to each other in the element assembly. The first magnetic layer has a higher relative magnetic permeability than the second magnetic layer. At least part of a winding portion of the coil conductor is located in the first magnetic layer. The first magnetic layer contains metal magnetic particles and a resin, and the second magnetic layer contains metal magnetic particles, a resin, and zinc oxide particles. The metal magnetic particles and the zinc oxide particles are dispersed in the resin.

Abstract: A coil component includes a body that is made of a composite material containing a resin material and metal powder, a coil conductor which is provided in the body and an end portion of which is exposed on an end face of the body, and a metal film that is provided on an outer surface of the body and that is electrically connected to the coil conductor on the end face in the outer surface. The outer surface of the body has a contact area that is in contact with the metal film. Multiple particles of the metal powder escape from the resin material and are in contact with each other in the contact area of the body.
