Abstract: A communication terminal device is a glasses-type communication terminal device having an optically transmissive display mounted thereon. The communication terminal device includes first and second radio-frequency modules that perform radio-frequency signal processing and a baseband module that is connected to the first and second radio-frequency modules via communication lines so as to be communicable and that performs baseband signal processing. The first and second radio-frequency modules are selectively switched by the baseband module to perform a reception operation. When the first radio-frequency module performs the reception operation, a reception signal received by the first radio-frequency module is retransmitted from the second radio-frequency module.

Abstract: A reflected signal detector (12) detects the amplitude and the phase of a reflected signal and outputs detection signals. A control circuit (13) adjusts first control signals and second control signals on the basis of the detection signals. A first cancel signal output portion (9) adjusts a first cancel signal so that the first cancel signal has a phase opposite to that of the reflected signal and has the same amplitude as that of the reflected signal using the first control signals. A second cancel signal output portion (10) adjusts a second cancel signal so that the second cancel signal has a phase opposite to that of a leakage signal and has the same amplitude as that of the leakage signal using the second control signals. A combining portion (11) combines a reception signal including noise signals with the first and second cancel signals.

Abstract: A first antenna, a second antenna, and a waveguide structure are housed in a single cabinet. An operating frequency of the second antenna is higher than an operating frequency of the first antenna. The second antenna is an array antenna including a plurality of radiating elements. The waveguide structure is present outside a range of a half-value angle of a main beam as viewed from the first antenna, includes a unit waveguide disposed in a route of a radio wave received by the second antenna, and further attenuates a radio wave with the operating frequency of the first antenna.

Abstract: Two high frequency antennas are provided in a multilayer substrate. Each high frequency antenna is configured of a radiation element, a high frequency power supply line, and a high frequency power supply unit. A low frequency antenna is configured of a series radiation element, a low frequency power supply line, and a lower frequency power supply unit. The series radiation element is formed of two radiation elements connected by a radiation element connection line. One end side of the series radiation element is connected to the low frequency power supply unit via the low frequency power supply line. Open stubs to block transmission of a high frequency signal (SH) are connected to the radiation element connection line and the low frequency power supply line. Short stubs to block transmission of a low frequency signal (SL) are connected to the high frequency power supply lines.

Abstract: A feed line connects an RFIC and a radiating element. A baseband ground plane (BB ground) is connected to a ground terminal of a BBIC. A radio frequency ground plane (RF ground) is placed in such a manner as to overlap the BB ground. The RF ground serves as a return path of the feed line. A first inter-ground connection circuit connects the BB ground and the RF ground. Furthermore, a second inter-ground connection circuit connects the BB ground and the RF ground. Connecting parts between these grounds and the second inter-ground connection circuit are arranged closer to the edges of these grounds than connecting parts between these grounds and the first inter-ground connection circuit. The connecting part between the ground and the second inter-ground connection circuit is placed on one side of a certain imaginary straight line that passes substantially the geometric center of the ground.

Abstract: As such, in the disclosure, a slit is formed in a side plate. The slit has an opening in the upper end surface of the side plate. The opening has a width which is smaller than a thickness of the side plate and enables to correspond to a thickness t of the substrate and a length which enables to correspond to a length a of one side of the substrate. An RF antenna module is housed in the slit formed in the side plate of the housing to be accommodated in the housing by inserting the one side of the substrate through the opening of the slit, which is formed in the upper end surface of the side plate, and inserting the substrate into the slit by an amount equal to or larger than a length of another side of the substrate.

The metal member overlaps with part of a region of each of the plurality of radiation elements in a direction orthogonal to an array direction of the patch array antenna and does not overlap with the other part of the region, and continuously extends from the radiation element at one end to the radiation element at the other end in the array direction.
