Abstract: Disclosed are a power matching method and apparatus for wireless charging, and a wireless charging apparatus. The method includes receiving first sensing information sensed from a transmitting coil of the wireless transmitter, wherein the transmitting coil includes at least one of a capacitor assembly with adjustable capacitance and an inductor assembly with adjustable inductance; detecting whether resonant frequency has changed according to the first sensing information; and adjusting at least one of capacitance of the capacitor assembly in the transmitting coil of the wireless transmitter and inductance of the inductor assembly in the transmitting coil in response to the resonant frequency changing to make transmitting power of the wireless transmitter be matched with receiving power of a wireless receiver in the wireless charging system, wherein the first sensing information comprises at least one of a first sensing voltage value and a first sensing current value.

Abstract: A wireless communication device includes a first antenna, a second antenna, a first switching circuit, and a first tunable matching circuit. The first switching circuit is electrically connected to the first antenna, the second antenna, and the first tunable matching circuit. In a first operation mode, the first antenna of the wireless communication device performs signal transmission or reception, an impedance value corresponding to the first tunable matching circuit is adjusted to a first impedance value, and the second antenna is conducted to the first tunable matching circuit through the first switching circuit. In a second operation mode, the second antenna of the wireless communication device performs signal transmission or reception, the impedance value corresponding to the first tunable matching circuit is adjusted to a second impedance value, and the first antenna is conducted to the first tunable matching circuit through the first switching circuit.

Abstract: A tunable filter includes a series-arm resonant circuit, and a parallel-arm resonant circuit. The series-arm resonant circuit includes a group of acoustic wave resonant circuits that have different resonant frequencies, a variable capacitor, and switching circuits. The parallel-arm resonant circuit includes another group of acoustic wave resonant circuits that have different resonant frequencies, a variable capacitor, and switching circuits. For example, the difference in pass-band frequency caused by the difference in resonant frequency between the acoustic wave resonant circuit in the group and the acoustic wave resonant circuit in the other group is greater than the maximum difference in pass-band frequency resulting from the variable range of capacitance of the variable capacitor.

Abstract: When a plurality of RF signals having different frequency bands are output at the same time by carrier aggregation, a switch element allows parallel connection between two capacitance elements such that a low pass filter has a first cut-off frequency that is lower than the frequency of an intermodulation distortion signal generated by the carrier aggregation. When an RF signal of a frequency band is output, the switch element releases parallel connection between the two capacitance elements such that the low pass filter has a second cut-off frequency that is higher than the first cut-off frequency.

Abstract: A tunable microwave network and its application in a radio transceiver transmit signal cancellation network is described. The tunable microwave network realizes a large set of reflection coefficients over a predefined area in the complex reflection coefficient plane for the purpose of reflecting a variable cancellation signal which, when properly configured, results in the substantial attenuation of transmit reflection and transmit leakage signal at the radio transceiver receiver input. A relevant building block of the proposed tunable microwave network is a shunt tunable capacitive element coupled to another shunt tunable capacitive element through a phase shifting element with phase shift greater than 30 degrees divided by a quantity substantially similar to the total number of said tunable capacitive elements and less than 60 degrees at a predefined frequency.

Abstract: Embodiments of an apparatus that includes a substrate and an inductor residing in the substrate are disclosed. In one embodiment, the inductor is formed as a conductive path that extends from a first terminal to a second terminal. The conductive path has a shape corresponding to a two-dimensional (2D) lobe laid over a three-dimensional (3D) volume. Since the shape of the conductive path corresponds to the 2D lobe laid over a 3D volume, the magnetic field generated by the inductor has magnetic field lines that are predominately destructive outside the inductor and magnetic field lines that are predominately constructive inside the inductor. In this manner, the inductor can maintain a high quality (Q) factor while being placed close to other components.

Abstract: A method of constructing an RF filter comprises designing an RF filter that includes a plurality of resonant elements disposed, a plurality of non-resonant elements coupling the resonant elements together to form a stop band having a plurality of transmission zeroes corresponding to respective frequencies of the resonant elements, and a sub-band between the transmission zeroes. The non-resonant elements comprise a variable non-resonant element for selectively introducing a reflection zero within the stop band to create a pass band in the sub-band. The method further comprises changing the order in which the resonant elements are disposed along the signal transmission path to create a plurality of filter solutions, computing a performance parameter for each of the filter solutions, comparing the performance parameters to each other, selecting one of the filter solutions based on the comparison of the computed performance parameters, and constructing the RF filter using the selected filter solution.
