The composition is prepared by dry-blending a polyolefin resin, a melt blend of a resin having barrier properties and a nanocomposite having barrier properties, and a compatibilizer. The composition has superior barrier properties and moldability, and thus is useful for manufacturing a sheet or film having barrier properties.

摘要： A tube container having a barrier property is provided. A single-layer or 3-layer tube container is manufactured by molding a dry-blended composition including a polyolefin resin and a nanocomposite of a resin having a barrier property and an intercalated clay, and a compatibilizer. The single-layer or 3-layer tube container can be simply manufactured and has a superior barrier property, thereby preventing the decomposition of contents, compared to a conventional 5-layer tube container.

The multi-layer container maintains a sufficient adhesive strength when contacting gasoline or gasohol, has good durability over a long period of time, and has superior barrier properties to gasoline and organic solvents, and thus is suitable for use in a fuel tank for vehicles.

摘要： A method of preparing a tube shoulder having barrier properties is provided. The method includes: dry-blending a polyolefin resin and a resin having barrier properties/intercalated clay nanocomposite to form a nanocomposite composition and then molten-blending, pelletizing and molding the nanocomposite composition. A tube shoulder prepared according the method has superior barrier properties and adhesion to a tube body, and thus can effectively prevent the inflow of oxygen, thereby preventing decomposition of contents.
