Abstract: A radio communication apparatus makes it possible to prevent contents of communication from being intercepted. The radio communication apparatus includes a generation unit configured to generate a first unique word based on operation time information of the radio communication apparatus before communication with a radio communication apparatus is started, and generate, for each radio frame, an ith unique word (i: an integer equal to or greater than two) based on an (i-1)th unique word when the communication is started, and a transmitting unit configured to transmit a first radio frame including the first unique word and an ith radio frame including the ith unique word to the radio communication apparatus.

Abstract: A node in a DTN includes: a memory; and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to execute data transfer processing for the DTN, wherein the data transfer processing including: receiving a plurality of bundles to be transferred to a same destination node on the DTN, each of the plurality of bundles including any one of a plurality of data segments acquired by dividing data of a content; deleting a part of the bundles from among the plurality of bundles without transferring to any other node or compressing a data size of a payload of the part of the bundles in accordance with a communication status of the DTN; and transmitting either a rest of the bundles excluding the deleted part of the bundles or the plurality of bundles including the part of the bundles having the compressed payloads to the DTN for transmitting to the destination node.

Further, in an abnormal situation where the wireless terminal (10) cannot access a server system (50) of an operator of the communication service, the processor (103) executes a predetermined activation procedure in the wireless terminal (10) without passing through the server system (50) to thereby activate a special account in the wireless terminal (10). This makes it possible, for example, to perform communication by the special account using an online service application installed in the wireless terminal during an abnormal situation where the wireless terminal cannot access the online service server.

Abstract: An antenna element receives a first radio wave and outputs a transmission signal, and receives a second radio wave and outputs a reception signal. A phase conversion unit applies a predetermined phase shift amount to a signal to be input and then output the signal. A switch connects the antenna element to one of the phase conversion unit and external receiver. When the first radio wave enters the antenna, the switch connects the antenna element to the phase conversion unit, and the transmission signal to which the predetermined phase shift amount has been applied is radiated from the antenna element. A third radio wave radiated from each of a plurality of RIS elements is deflected in a predetermined direction. When the second radio wave enters the antenna, the switch connects the antenna element to the external receiver, and the external receiver receives the reception signal.

Abstract: An amplifier amplifies an input signal. A radiation unit radiates a radio wave into space, based on the input signal amplified by the amplifier.
