Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a ball joint including a ball-seat molding step for forming a ball seat assembly by using, as a core, a ball section of a ball stud, the ball section of which is integrally provided in advance at one end portion of a stud section, and insert-molding a ball seat made of resin to cover at least a portion of the ball section present on an opposite side to the stud section, and a housing molding step for insert-molding a housing made of resin by using, as a core, the ball section partially covered by the ball seat of the ball seat assembly.

Abstract: A hollow stabilizer (1) according to the invention is formed in a hollow shape and includes a bent portion (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5). With a thickness of an inner side of the bent portion (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5) being larger than a thickness of an outer side of the bent portion (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5), a hardness of the outer side of the bent portion (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5) is higher than a hardness of the inner side of the bent portion (1c1, 1c2, m1-m5) through quenching by cooling down after heating by electrical heating.

Abstract: A bush for a stabilizer is configured so that surface pressure at an adhered surface of a hole of the bush is uniform in adhering the bush to a bar of the stabilizer, whereby necessary adhesive strength is obtained. A bush has a body part that includes a rectangular part with a rectangular shape and a curving part having a curved shape at an outer circumferential part thereof. The body part has a side surface part on which a protruding part is formed so as to protrude outwardly. When contained in a U-shaped part of a bracket shown in FIG. 3B, the rectangular part is arranged at a straight line part of the U-shaped part, the curving part is arranged at a circular arc part of the U-shaped part, and the protruding part is pressed toward the body part by an inner surface of the U-shaped part.

Abstract: A stabilizer link and a manufacturing method therefor which can ensure strength required in wing plates and a center supporting plate and in a support bar, and which can ensure strength required in ribs. The support bar has a top wing plate, a bottom wing plate, a center supporting plate, and a plurality of ribs. In the wing plates and the center supporting plate, reinforcing fiber is orientated to a longitudinal direction of the support bar. In the rib, the reinforcing fiber is orientated to a perpendicular direction of the support bar. Abstract: Bonding the bush to the stabilizer bar, by surface pressure in the bonding surface (inner circumferential surface) of the hole-part of the bush being made uniform, bonding strength is obtained. The first arc part is formed at the opposite side of the opening of the U-shaped part of the bracket in the bonding and second arc part is formed in the opening side, in the hole-part of the bush. The first and second arc parts are circular arc parts being formed in circular arc shape or approximately circular arc shape or are ellipse arc part being formed in the ellipse arc shape or approximately ellipse arc shape. In the hole-part, the center of the first and second arc parts are separated. The curvature radius of the second arc part gets smaller than the curvature radius of the first arc part. The hole-part is formed in an oval shape.

Abstract: This stabilizer link includes a metal support bar, and ball joints that are provided at both ends of the support bar. Each ball joint includes a ball stud one end of which is fastened to a suspension device or a stabilizer, and which has a ball part at the other end thereof, and a housing that rotatably supports the ball part of the ball stud. The support bar includes: a body part extending in a nearly linear shape, and reinforcement parts each having a nearly annular shape and each provided at both ends of the body part. The reinforcement parts of the support bar are each embedded in the housing so as to surround the ball part.

Abstract: A stabilizer link includes a support bar, and ball joints. The ball joint includes a ball stud including a ball portion and a stud portion, and a housing that turnably supports the ball portion of the ball stud. The stabilizer is formed of a rod-shaped member made of metal. Mounting portions to which the stabilizer links are to be joined are respectively provided at both ends of the stabilizer. Through-holes through which the stud portions of the ball studs are to be inserted are respectively provided in the mounting portions. The stabilizer link is joined to the stabilizer by press-fitting the stud portion of the ball stud into the through-hole of the mounting portion.

Abstract: A stabilizer manufacturing apparatus is adapted to bond a rubber bush, which is a bush made of rubber disposed between a stabilizer and a vehicle body, to a rubber bush bonding location where an adhesive layer of the stabilizer is formed. The stabilizer manufacturing apparatus is provided with: a curing furnace for heating the stabilizer, which is conveyed by a manufacturing line conveying unit and has the rubber bush bonding location with which the rubber bush is press-contacted, and performing the bonding; a heat source device that heats air; a blower device that sends the air heated by the heat source device as hot air; and a plurality of nozzles that are disposed along the manufacturing line conveying unit in the curing furnace and blow the hot air against, at a near position from, a location in the vicinity of the rubber bush bonding location of the stabilizer.
