摘要: An optical-use adhesive film comprises a base film of the optical-use adhesive film is a biaxially oriented polyester film having a thickness equal to or more than 50 &mgr;m, and an adhesive polymer layer laminated on at least one surface of the base film. Refractive indexes of the base film in longitudinal and transverse directions are both in the range of from 1.55 to 1.70 and refractive indexes of the adhesive layer and the base film satisfies the following formula (1): (Nx−Nc)2+(Ny−Nc)2≦0.0300 (1), wherein Nx and Ny respectively indicate refractive indexes in longitudinal and transverse directions of a base film and Nc is a refractive index of an adhesive layer.

摘要: Described is an optical-use adhesive film that includes a base film of a biaxially oriented polyester film and an adhesive polymer layer laminated on at least one surface of the base film. The optical-use adhesive film has a light transmission equal to or greater than 90% and an increase in haze value after the optical-use adhesive film receives a heat treatment at 150° C. for 120 min. equal to or less than 0.5%.

C but lower than the temperature at which the characteristics of the plastic film is deteriorated and a Young's modulus .epsilon. (dyne/cm.sup.2) and a breaking elongation (.DELTA.l/lo) .times. 100 (%) when measured at 20.degree. C and 100.degree. 摘要: [Problem] Proper cooling of a molten sheet product by bringing the sheet into close contact with a movable cooling member, by properly charging over the whole width of the molten sheet product extruded on the movable cooling member.[Solving Means] A sheet production apparatus comprising an extruder 3 to extrude a thermoplastic resin having a melt specific resistance value of not less than 0.3×106 (Ω·cm), a movable cooling member 5, and a tape electrode 10, which has a constitution including a center support member 24 to support the center 12 of the electrode in a linearly stretch state, an ear portion supporting member 26 to support an ear portion of the electrode 13 shifted to the downstream side in the sheet transport direction, a pair of displacement amount adjust mechanisms to adjust a displacement amount X of the above-mentioned ear portion of the electrode 13, and a travel drive mechanism to run the tape electrode 10 along the width direction α of the molten sheet product 4a, and a production method thereof.

摘要: A process for preparing a biaxially stretched film of polyamide blend, which comprises (1) extruding a polyamide blend in melt to make an unstretched film and (2) stretching the unstretched film first in a machine direction with a stretch speed of about 40,000 to 60,000,000 %/minute in a draw ratio of about 2 to 6 and then in a transverse direction with a stretch speed of about 500 to 100,000 %/minute in a draw ratio of about 2 to 6, or (2') stretching the unstretched film first to make a uniaxially stretched film having a plane orientation index of about 0.6 to 1.5 and then stretching the uniaxially stretched film in a direction being substantially at a right angle to the direction at the previous stretching, said polyamide blend comprising an aliphatic polyamide and a polyamide containing in the molecule at least about 70 mol % of the repeating units constituted with metaxylylenediamine or its mixture with paraxylylenediamine (of which the content is not more than about 30 mol % based on the combined amount of metaxylylenediamine and paraxylylenediamine) and at least one .alpha.,.omega.-aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 6 to 10 carbon atoms in a proportion of about 97 : 3 to 80 : 20 by weight.
