    摘要: Provided is a light adjusting noise reduction circuit in which the vibration noise accompanying turning ON/OFF of a piezoelectric transformer. A full bridge circuit is controlled by a full bridge drive circuit so as to switch an input voltage (VB1) from an input voltage source and outputs it to a low pass filter. The output from the low pass filter is supplied to a piezoelectric transformer. The output current (IO) from the piezoelectric transformer is supplied to a discharge tube. Each of FET of the full bridge circuit has a drive frequency decided by a voltage control type oscillator. The full bridge circuit is connected to a duty variable circuit and a peak value control circuit. The peak value control circuit forms a rise and a fall of a waveform to be (1−cosωt).

    摘要: A shift register 10 receives serial data and outputs parallel data in synchronism with the timing of the serial data received. A shift register group 20, 21 receives bit outputs of the parallel data from the shift register 10. The number of bits of shift registers 20, 21 in the shift register group is set in a certain condition that corresponds to the bit outputs of the parallel data from the shift register 10. A plurality of coincidence circuits 107, 108 are provided, which detects agreement between a preset data starting pattern and the bit arrangement of the data in the shift register group. A selector 306 selects a set of parallel outputs from the shift register group according to the output signal from the coincidence circuits 107, 108. Thus only the shift register 10, performs high-speed operations at the same timing as the received serial data, and the other circuits operate at slower speeds whose timing is several times longer than that of the serial data received, thereby eliminating complex timing and averting difficulty control logic.

    摘要: This present invention provides a hard multilayer coated product comprising a hard wear-resistant titanium compound coating layer, a titanium compound layer having a compositional gradient and a self-lubricating coating layer comprising hard amorphous carbon as the principal component successively formed on the surface of a substrate, the first layer being formed at about 500.degree. C. by the plasma CVD method in a vacuum followed by the formation of the second and third layers at 250.degree. to 400.degree. C. in a vacuum maintained at the same level as above. The hard multilayer coated product is improved in wear-resistance and self-lubricity.
