摘要: A method for managing vehicle occupant profiles includes detecting an unidentified radio device associated with a vehicle occupant, and localizing the radio device to a seat position. The method further includes updating an available vehicle occupant profile of the vehicle occupant with the detected and localized at least one unidentified radio device when other identified radio devices associated to the vehicle occupant are detected and localized to the seat position occupied by the vehicle occupant, establishing a new vehicle occupant profile of the vehicle occupant with the detected and localized at least one unidentified radio device when no other identified radio devices associated to the vehicle occupant are detected and localized to the seat position occupied by the vehicle occupant, and assigning a probability value to the updated or established vehicle occupant profile.

摘要: A method includes—responsive to activation of a vehicle for loading objects —detecting a first set of objects in vicinity of the vehicle, and—responsive to subsequent activation of the vehicle for relocation —detecting a second set of objects in vicinity of the vehicle. The method also include—responsive to a difference between the first and second sets of objects—issuing an indication for a user of the vehicle. The difference may, for example, relate to an added object, the added object being present in the second set of objects but not in the first set of objects. In some embodiments, objects may be excluded from consideration when a tracked location of the object indicates an increasing distance between the vehicle and the object. In some embodiments, objects that have an estimated size larger than a reference size may be excluded from consideration.

摘要: An object detection method includes obtaining a first video stream having video images with object detection data of an area, identifying an object in the area by identifying one or more first object detection data of the object in the first video stream corresponding to validated object detection data, determining a position of the object in the area, obtaining a second video stream having video images with object detection data of the area, identifying second object detection data of the second video stream at the position of the object and determining whether the second object detection data is un-validated object detection data, and updating the validated object detection data of the object detection system if it is determined that the second object detection data of the object is un-validated object detection data.

摘要: A method for activating a pre acclimatization system of the passenger compartment of a vehicle includes monitoring an operational state of the vehicle, including a first state in which the vehicle is on and a second state in which the vehicle is off. In the second state, the method includes monitoring a plurality of conditions, the conditions selected from a group including current time and date, a driver appointment schedule, a historical database, wherein the monitoring step is performed by a system controller incorporated into the vehicle. The method further includes determining the most probable time of departure of the vehicle from a present location based on the plurality of conditions monitored by the system controller, suggesting time of departure to the driver, monitoring reply from the driver, setting timer for activating the pre acclimatization according to reply from the driver, and activating sleep mode for the vehicle systems.

摘要: A vehicle door hinge for a vehicle door opening vertically includes a first hinge part attached to a vehicle frame having a pivot attachment means, a second hinge part attached to the door attached to the pivot attachment means to allow the second hinge part to rotate the door in an opening or closing direction, a stopper part attached to the pivot attachment means at a distance from a mass centre of the stopper part, a locking mechanism for locking the stopper part position relative the second hinge part. The locking mechanism is moveable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The stopper part in the unlocked position is arranged to be moved by gravity to a resting position where it is adjacent or abutting the first hinge part and stopped by the first hinge part from rotating in the opening direction but free to rotate in the other direction.
