摘要： A system for detecting a voltage and/or current of a single phase and/or polyphase alternating current includes a sample-hold circuit that detects and holds instantaneous values of a plurality of sampling points over a fixed time period of the alternating current as sampled values. A first calculation circuit calculates the real part and the imaginary part of the Fourier coefficient with respect to a fundamental wave and/or a component of the positive-phase sequence of the alternating current detected from the plurality of sampled values thus held and outputs respective calculated values thereof. A second calculation circuit performs a predetermined calculation to the calculated values of the real and imaginary parts and thereby calculates and outputs the amplitude of the fundamental wave and/or component of positive-phase sequence of the alternating current.

摘要： According to one embodiment, a video PTS correction unit judges whether or not a PTS written in a PES header of a video PES contained in a video PES buffer is at an abnormal value, corrects the PTS if it is abnormal value, and adds the PTS to each video frame of the video PES. A video frame separator unit separates a video frame to which the PTS was added, from the video PES. A video decoder decodes the separated video frame and provides the decoded video frame at a time set based on the PTS of the video frame.

摘要： Video ES and audio ES filters extract video and audio payloads from a transport stream. Video ES and audio ES recording units record the payloads as a PES (Packetized Elementary Stream) or an ES (Elementary Stream). An editing control unit edits the ES recorded by the recording units, on the basis of an editing instruction input from a user interface. A TS generating circuit re-converts the ES edited by the editing control unit into a transport stream and outputs the transport stream.
