摘要： The present invention relates to sustained-release pharmaceutical compositions for ionic pharmaceutically active substances (excluding ionic prostanoic acid derivatives) containing ionic compounds having opposite charges to those of the active substances and increasing hydrophobicity of the active substances. More specifically, the invention relates to sustained-release pharmaceutical compositions comprising the ionic pharmaceutically active substances and the ionic compounds having opposite charges to those of the active substances and increasing hydrophobicity of the active substances that contain hydrophobic groups in the molecule thereof. The pharmaceutical composition of the invention can exhibit excellent sustained release effect of the active substance, irrespective of water solubility possessed by the ionic pharmaceutically active substances.

摘要： The present invention relates to sustained-release pharmaceutical compositions for ionic pharmaceutically active substances containing ionic compounds having opposite charges to those of ionic prostanoic acid derivatives and increasing hydrophobicity of the active substances. More specifically, the invention relates to sustained-release pharmaceutical compositions comprising the ionic prostanoic acid derivatives and the ionic compounds having opposite charges to those of the prostanoic acid derivatives and increasing hydrophobicity of these derivatives that contain hydrophobic groups in the molecule thereof.The pharmaceutical composition of the invention can exhibit excellent sustained release effect of the ionic prostanoic acid derivatives, irrespective of water solubility possessed by the ionic prostanoic acid derivatives.

摘要： A pharmaceutical composition for modified release, comprising (1) (R)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-4′-[2-[(2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl)amino]ethyl]acetic acid anilide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (2) at least one additive which ensures penetration of water into the pharmaceutical composition and which has a solubility such that the volume of water required for dissolving 1 g of the additive is 5 mL or less, and (3) a hydrogel-forming polymer having an average molecular weight of approximately 100,000 or more, or a viscosity of 12 mPa·s or more at a 5% aqueous solution at 25° C. is disclosed.

摘要： A cleaning device cleans a discharge wire that discharges electric charge onto a discharge target. The cleaning device moves in a longitudinal direction oldie discharge wire. The cleaning device includes a first contact portion that contacts and cleans the discharge wire and a second contact portion that contacts and cleans the discharge wire. When the first contact portion and the second contact portion clean the discharge wire, the first contact portion and the second contact portion sandwich the discharge wire in a discharge direction in which the discharge wire discharges the electric charge onto the discharge target. The discharge direction is parallel to a radial direction of the discharge wire.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a developer conveyance device to transport developer, using a positive-displacement pump to alternately generate positive pressure and negative pressure by changing a volume of an internal space thereof, a destination developer container to which the developer conveyance device transports developer, a sensor provided to the destination developer container, to detect developer in the destination developer container, and a controller to control the positive-displacement pump according to a detection result generated by the sensor. The controller disabled detection of developer by the sensor in a non-detection period that starts from a stop of the positive-displacement pump.
