A contained amount of the silica component (C) is within a range from 11 to 68 vol % in 100 vol % of the resin composition. A cured body 1 is formed by having a roughening treatment performed on a reactant obtained through a reaction of the resin composition. The surface of the cured body 1 on which the roughening treatment is performed has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra equal to or less than 0.3 μm and a ten-point mean roughness Rz equal to or less than 3.0 μm.
