    摘要: Provided is: a semi-cured body capable of reducing the surface roughness of a roughening-treated surface, and, when a metal layer is formed on the surface of a cured body after curing, increasing the adhesive strength between the cured body and the metal layer; and a laminated body obtained by using the semi-cured body.A semi-cured body 1 is formed by performing a roughening treatment on a reactant obtained by reacting a resin composition which includes an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a silica component in which silica particles with a mean particle diameter equal to or less than 1 μm are surface treated with a sane coupling agent, such that the reactant has a gel fraction equal to or higher than 90% after being immersed in methyl ethyl ketone for 24 hours at 23° C. A laminated body comprises a cured body obtained by curing the semi-cured body 1, and a metal layer formed by having a plate processing performed on the surface of the cured body. The adhesive strength between the cured body and the metal layer is equal to or larger than 4.9/cm.

    摘要: Provided is: a resin composition capable of reducing the surface roughness of the surface of a cured body obtained by having a roughening treatment performed thereon, and increasing the adhesive strength between the cured body and a metal layer; and a cured body formed by using the resin composition.The resin composition according to the present invention includes an epoxy resin (A), a curing agent (B), and a silica component (C) in which silica particles are surface treated with a silane coupling agent. The silica component (C) includes a silica component (C1) having a particle diameter of 0.2 to 1.0 μm. A contained amount of the silica component (C1) is within a range from 30 to 100 vol % in 100 vol % of the silica component (C). A contained amount of the silica component (C) is within a range from 11 to 68 vol % in 100 vol % of the resin composition. A cured body 1 is formed by having a roughening treatment performed on a reactant obtained through a reaction of the resin composition. The surface of the cured body 1 on which the roughening treatment is performed has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra equal to or less than 0.3 μm and a ten-point mean roughness Rz equal to or less than 3.0 μm.

A laminated body includes a cured body layer formed by: laminating a resin film on a substrate, forming a preliminary-cured body layer by preliminary-curing the resin film at 100° C. to 200° C., and performing a roughening treatment on the surface of the cured object layer at 55° C. to 80° C. The resin film is formed from a resin composition including an epoxy resin, a phenol curing agent, a curing accelerator, and a surface-treated substance which is a surface treated, using 0.5 to 3.5 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, on 100 parts by weight of inorganic filler with a mean particle diameter of 0.05 to 1.5 μm. The silane coupling agent has an epoxy group, an imidazole group, or an amino group.
