摘要: A thermal transfer recording apparatus adapted to record an image on a recording medium by transferring a heat-transferable ink from a transfer medium to the recording medium. The apparatus has a transfer medium having on one surface a layer of a heat-transferable electroconductive ink formed on a base sheet, a recording head for heating the transfer medium in accordance with an image signal, and an electrode disposed in physical contact with the ink surface of the transfer medium so as to form a path through which electric current is allowed to flow between said electrode and said transfer medium. Therefore, the apparatus prevents any path for electricity from being formed between the transfer medium and the recording head.

摘要: This invention relates to a printing apparatus and a conveyance control method capable of allowing even an arrangement having a plurality of conveyance rollers in a printing medium conveyance path to accurately control conveyance of a printing medium. A pattern having a predetermined uniform density is printed on a printing medium a plurality of number of times by using a printhead while conveying the printing medium and changing the conveyance amount by a small amount. A conveyance correction amount obtained on the basis of the conveyance amount upon printing a pattern selected from a plurality of printed pattern is stored in a storage medium. Conveyance of the printing medium is controlled while correcting the conveyance amount of the printing medium by the conveyance means on the basis of the conveyance correction amount stored in the storage means.

摘要: In an electronic apparatus with a separably combining main body and expander, a pair of movable claws which are interlocked with an opening/closing lever are provided on an upper surface of the expander and a pair of fixed claws are provided on the opposite side of the opening/closing lever. A connecting connector is arranged at an intermediate position of the pair of movable claws. A retaining lever for blocking an opening of the opening/closing lever in a closed state of the opening/closing lever is provided. A first detector detects an opening/closing state of the opening/closing lever and a second detector detects the position of the retaining lever. A connecting state of the main body and the expander is synthetically discriminated on the basis of signals from the two detectors and a connection signal of the connector for connecting the main body and the expander.

摘要: A process for preserving food which comprises packing the food in a hermetically sealed container together with:(a) a deoxygenating material; and(b) at least one compound having amino group(s) selected from among a basic anion exchange resin optionally substituted by a halide ion, an amino acid having one to five carbon atoms in the alkylene chain and a polyamino acid obtained by polycondensing it or a salt thereof, a powdery or granular protein, a polypeptide of a molecular weight of 500 to 20,000 obtained by hydrolyzing a protein and a polymer comprising amino sugar(s);in such a manner that they are not in direct contact with the food. A deoxygenating composition including the components (a) and (b) as defined above is also disclosed.

摘要: A resin laminate is disclosed, which comprises a gas permeation-resistant resin layer having laminated on each side thereof a polyolefin based resin layer, wherein said polyolefin based resin layer contains an inorganic filler in an amount of 30 to 80% by weight based on the total weight of the resin composition. The resin laminate may be provided with a thermoplastic resin layer containing no inorganic filler on the outersurface thereof. The resin laminate has a minimized oxygen gas permeability and has a low calorific value and is useful as a packaging material.
