    摘要: A highly sensitive positively charged type electrophotographic photoconductor includes an organic compound that transports electrons efficiently, improving light emission efficiency. The photoconductor is used in an electrophotographic drum, an electrophotographic cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus.     摘要: An electrophotographic photoreceptor has excellent electrical properties and is stable even upon repeated use. An electrophotographic apparatus using the electrophotographic photoreceptor uses a compound having an excellent electron transporting ability in a photosensitive layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor. An electrophotographic photoreceptor, in which a photosensitive layer is located on an electrically conductive substrate either directly or via an undercoat layer, contains a compound having a structure represented by the general formula (I). An electrophotographic apparatus contains the above-mentioned electrophotographic photoreceptor, and carries out a charging process through a positive charging process.

    摘要: An organic electrophotographic photoconductor diminished in an image trouble due to history of a transfer process in a reversal development system is disclosed. The above organic electrophotographic photoconductor is called a separated-function laminated type organic electrophotographic photoconductor, which has an undercoat layer and a photosensitive layer laminated in this order on a conductive substrate, the photosensitive layer comprising a charge generation layer laminated on the undercoat layer and containing an organic compound, and a charge transport layer laminated on the charge generation layer and containing an organic compound. For the charge generation layer, a titanyloxyphthalocyanine compound is used as a charge generation material. The present invention uses the titanyloxyphthalocyanine compound having a clear diffraction peak at a Bragg angle (2.theta.) of 9.6.degree..+-.0.2.degree. or 27.3.degree..+-.0.2.degree. for CuK.alpha. characteristic X-ray (wavelength 1.541 .ANG.). For the charge transport layer, a specific organic compound is used as a charge transport material.

    摘要: A mass spectrometer is provided in which ions are favorably introduced into a loop orbit or favorably led out from the loop orbit without affecting the motion of the ions flying along the loop orbit. An ion-introduction orbit 5 is set to correspond to the orbit (ejection orbit portion 4) of ions after being bent by the sector-shaped electric field E1 in the loop orbit 4. When ions are introduced, a voltage applied to the electrode unit 11 is put to zero to release the sector-shaped electric field E1. Then the ions emitted along the ion-introduction orbit 5 fly straight in the electrode unit 11. The direction and position of the ions coming out from the exit end of the electric field is the same as those ions flying along the loop orbit 4. Therefore, there is no need for placing a deflection electrode for introducing/leading-out ions on the loop orbit.

In the head support device, a head support arm on which a head slider with a head is disposed through a flexible and elastic gimbal mechanism is formed rotatably about a rotary shaft as a horizontal rotating axis in parallel with a disk surface. The head support arm is formed such that it pivots, about a straight line drawn between apexes of a pair of pivots as a vertical pivot axis, vertically (generally perpendicularly) with respect to the disk surface. A gravity center position of a total mass of members, other than the head slider, pivoting about the vertical pivot axis is positioned near the vertical pivot axis.
