    摘要: An apparatus for preparing a drawn heat-set plastic hollow vessel, which comprises a rotary member having a plurality of openable-closable blow-forming and heat-setting molds and preform-supporting mechanisms corresponding to said molds, a preform supply mechanism for supplying a preform maintained at a drawing temperature into the mold of the rotary member at the opening position and a vessel withdrawal mechanism for withdrawing a drawn and heat-set vessel from the mold of the rotary member at the opening position, wherein the rotary member comprises a mold-heating mechanism for maintaining the molds at a heat-setting temperature through the entire rotation course of the rotary member, an opening and closing mechanism for closing the molds after passage through the position of the preform supply mechanism and opening the molds before arrival at the position of the vessel withdrawal mechanism, a sealing member capable of reciprocating relatively to the preform supported by the preform support mechanism while having a sealing engagement with the mouth portion of the preform, a hollow drawing rod arranged concentrically with the sealing member to reciprocate so that the drawing rod is inserted into the preform and drawn out therefrom.

    摘要: A rotating shaft for intermittent rotation through predetermined angles is located in parallel to a rotation shaft of a rotor holding a plurality of split mold units, and rubber cups for adhering labels are secured to the front ends of links which are swingable about pins secured to the rotating shaft. The label is positioned upon the inner walls of the split mold halves when the same are in their open state by the combination of the intermittent rotation of the rotating shaft and the swinging movement of the links. The split mold holds the label by vacuum suction and the label is fused to a product when a highly heated plastic material is applied under pressure to the inner wall of the mold. A split mold holder is constructed so that when a slider-crank mechanism in association with a cam follower is positioned to a dead position, the clamping force is applied. A large force is not applied to the cam follower held by the rotor and the rotor is driven at a constant speed, thus precisely performing the positioning for the label application.

    摘要: A blow molding method for molding tube containers by introducing blow air into a parison having been extruded by an extruder is disclosed, which comprises introducing blow air into the parison to shape a tube container and form a discharge outlet in part of the wall of an unnecessary portion of the tube container located lower than the cutting position of the tube container, and further continuing the introduction of blow air. The blow air may be introduced horizontally by piercing the wall of a parison having been extruded from an extruder with a nozzle for introducing blow air or vertically by introducing blow air in the axial direction of the parison. The discharge outlet is formed in part of the side wall or bottom wall of the container below a cutting position preferably as low as possible. The discharge outlet may be formed by pressing the wall of a softening-state tube container against an opening of a passageway formed in the mold and connecting to the cavity with the compressed blow air to break through the tube container at the corresponding portion or by piercing with a needle-like member from outside the mold. This method enables one to shorten the cooling time necessary for cooling the tube container after blow molding and produce moldings having good dimensional accuracy with high efficiency.

    摘要: A capping apparatus includes a capping head 3 which is provided with a rotatable spindle. A plurality of permanent magnets 51 are embedded around the entire outer periphery at the upper end of the spindle, with adjacent permanent magnets 51 presenting magnetic poles of different polarities. An arcuate rotation imparting member 53 is fixedly mounted and includes a plurality of permanent magnets 55 which are disposed along a locus of travel of the permanent magnets 51 on the capping head 3, with adjacent permanent magnets 55 presenting magnetic poles of different polarities. As the capping head 3 moves through a threadable engaging zone C in a direction indicated by an arrow, coaction between the permanent magnets 51 and 55 causes the capping head 3 to rotate clockwise, thereby causing a cap 12 to be threadably engaged with a container 4. The permanent magnets 51 and 55 form together a drive source which is free from a sliding movement, thus preventing a occurrence of abraded powder and avoiding a contamination of the environment of a working area.

    摘要: A blow molding method by horizontal blow molding of piercing the wall of a parison having been extruded by an extruder with a blow nozzle is disclosed, which comprises moving forward the blow nozzle to pierce the parison, introducing blow air at least in the direction toward the bottom, i.e., opposite to the bottle neck and, after shaping of a hollow container by the blow air, forming an opening in the parison at a position in the vicinity of or above the blow nozzle-pierced portion to discharge the blow air having circulated inside the hollow container. In this blow mollding method, there is preferably used a blow air cylinder, which is constituted by (A) a blow nozzle having a mechanism for registering blowing inlets in at least part of a portion freely sliding forward and backward inside the body, having a tip portion with an outer diameter smaller than at about the center portion thereof and being of a shape of a closed injection needle, and having the blowng inlets located slightly at the back of the tip portion where the outer diameter is larger than that at the tip portion and smaller than that at the central portion and capable of introducng blow air in the direction toward the bottom, i.e., opposite to the bottle neck in an amount of 30% or more of the total blow air amount; and (B) a body provided outside and, at least partly, in cntact with the blow nozzle.
