    摘要: An input apparatus for a vehicle, the apparatus being used for operation input to various vehicular electronic devices, sets position input permission areas on a two-dimensional operation surface of an operation input device discretely by control of a main controller. In control modes of a reaction force, a guide input mode where position indication operations to the areas on the operation surface by the operation input device are guided along unique paths defined in the respective area and an arbitrary mode where the position indication operations are not guided but performed freely can be changed. The guide input mode is set at least during a vehicle travel.

    摘要: An in-vehicle equipment control device includes a force sense imparting type input device mounted on a steering of a vehicle, for remotely operating an in-vehicle equipment mounted on the vehicle according to a predetermined operation route while imparting a force sense, a storage unit for storing an operation route data to conduct an input operation of the force sense imparting type input device with a predetermined operation route, and a control unit for conducting an arithmetic process to transform the predetermined operation route of the force sense imparting type input device based on a rotation angle detection signal which is output in accordance with the rotation of the steering of the vehicle and the operation route data stored in the storage unit, to impart the force sense to the force sense imparting type input device based on a result of the arithmetic process.

The display control device is configured to have connection with a display device and a remote control device spaced apart from each other. The display device is configured to display an operation screen having multiple icons for accepting an operation directed to a control target apparatus. When display is switched from a first operation screen to a second operation screen having a different icon arrangement, the display control means shifts an icon selection state from one icon selected on the first operation screen to an initial selection icon pre-set on the second operation screen and causes the display device to display a visual effect indicative of a direction from position of the selected one icon to position of the initial selection icon.

    摘要: The force sensing device includes a deformable member having portions arranged to make a pair with respect to the Z-axis. Three sets of strain detecting elements are formed on the deformable member for detecting deformations of the deformable member caused by a linear force in the X-axis, a linear force in the Y-axis and a rotational force about the Z-axis. The force sensing device includes a connecting member which connects between the pair of portions of the deformable member, and between the deformable member and a shaft of a manipulatable member. The force sensing device can be manufactured with easy wiring work and can detect the applied force in three degrees of freedom, including the linear force in the X-axis, the linear force in the Y-axis and the rotational force about the Z-axis.

    摘要: In a fuel injection control for diesel engine, in order to eliminate engine noise, particularly, the "idling knocking" noise occurring during engine idling, by controlling a pilot injection, a method for controlling the fuel injection includes the steps of: detecting an idling state of the diesel engine, pressure in a combustion chamber, engine rotational speed and crank angle to obtain a reference position; selecting a valve opening pressure of a fuel injection nozzle at a relatively low level when the idling state is detected, thereby setting a two peaks characteristic of a fuel injection rate within an extent of the idling rotational speed; and controlling a pressure increment rate in the combustion chamber to within a predetermined value by changing a fuel injection quantity of a pilot injection.
