摘要: Methods of communicating, displaying, and storing information relating to structures, as well as apparatuses for executing such methods, are provided. The methods can be executed on touchscreen electronic devices and may be particularly useful for shopping center, cruise ship, museum, and construction applications. The methods and apparatuses allow for, for example, reviewing a building's interior, finding information on areas within a building, and navigating from a current location to a destination. A method can include defining a structure using elements, wherein the elements are three dimensional shapes, and manipulating the elements or the structure on a user interface. A user is therefore able to obtain important information about the structure clearly and effortlessly.

摘要: Techniques and systems for facilitating the calibration of oscillation frequencies for an analog audio synthesizer are disclosed. Included are embodiments for performing the initial calibration of an audio synthesizer and for continuously compensating for the frequency irregularities which originate from insufficient calibration and/or frequency drift of the oscillator circuits. Embodiments can utilize the microcontroller already present in most synthesizers and require no further hardware.

摘要: Systems and techniques are described to enable the dynamic selection of a transit route through the stop zones of a transit line. Techniques are disclosed for receiving a current location of a transit vehicle on a transit line and determining a transit route through one or more of the vehicle's remaining stop zones by choosing an optimized combination of stop options and route segment options for that specific transit vehicle. Techniques may be performed in some cases by accessing a real-time traffic information service to obtain one or more traffic condition factors on a route segment, determining a dynamic route segment option weight, calculating a dynamic cost function with respect to the weights, and determining an optimized set of the route segments with respect to the cost functions.

摘要: Techniques and systems are disclosed for receiving user input related to three co-optimized objectives, factors, or parameters, and translating the user input into weight factors for a tri-variable weighting function. In various embodiments, a triangular user interface element is displayed that allows a user to assign importance weights to three interrelated decision optimization objectives using a single user input selection gesture. Each side of the triangular user interface element presents a factor of the weight function. When the user selects a single position on the perimeter or within the field of the triangular figure in the user interface, weight factors for each of the three interrelated optimization objectives are determined that can be used as weight factors in the tri-variable weighting function.

摘要: Given a parking structure where vehicle identification devices are placed so that they can identify the entry and exit of individual vehicles, techniques and systems recommend a parking zone with available spaces to a driver based on likely desirability, which may reduce vehicle emissions associated with cruising for a parking space. Techniques include determining a zone recommendation by selecting the zone having the highest attractiveness value and an occupancy ratio lower than a threshold, and modifying parking metrics in accordance with the probability that the driver will follow the recommendation. Vehicle metadata may be used as a factor in the zone recommendation. Information about actual driver parking behavior and/or an analysis of historical parking records may be used to adjust system parameters, including the probability the driver will follow the recommendation and the attractiveness values.

摘要: The invention relates to a suspended control device (20) which is suspended by means of a control line (1, 24) connected to a unit to be controlled (21). Said suspended control device is especially a control switch or a suspended push-button switch for controlling hoisting equipment, the control line (1, 24) comprising electrical lines (2) for transmitting control signals, and a traction relief element (22) which is supported at the top, on the unit (21), and used to absorb weight and tractive forces. The aim of the invention is to provide a suspended control device (20) whereby the length of the control line (1, 24) can be easily changed. To this end, a storage element for receiving and releasing a defined length of the electrical lines (2) is provided behind the region wherein the traction relief element (22) is supported, seen in the direction of the unit (21) from the suspended control device (20).
