    摘要: The present disclosure encompasses systems, machinery, and processes for handling municipal, solid waste mixtures through which this material is recycled into renewable energy. The system comprises three processes: a waste handling process, a recycling and transforming process that converts the waste into fuel, and an energy renewal process. The waste handling process includes collection, sorting, an sizing of the mixed waste; the recycling and transforming process converts collected material into RDF (refuse derived fuel) pellets, and the energy renewal process comprises decomposition of mixture rich in organic matter using biogas/anaerobic technology to collect methane gas and biogas residues, and gasification of the solid RDF pellets, converting them into renewable energy and synthetic carbon.

    摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a treatment system for medical and toxic waste. The system comprises two parts, a heterogeneous gasification system, in which syngas is produced from non-homogeneous waste, and a pyrolysis system, in which medical and hazardous waste are pyrolyzed using the syngas produced from the heterogeneous gasification system. The heterogeneous gasification system comprises a gasifier reactor having a reactor zone connected with an ash distillation zone, a re-fueling structure, an open-top water tank that wraps around the entire bottom section of the gasification system, and a gasification-agent supply module having a supply-end connected to the bottom of the gasifier reactor and a demand-end connected to the pyrolysis system. The pyrolysis system comprises a rotatable pyrolysis reactor having a horizontal and hollow cylindrical shape, a pyrolyzed-ash precipitator, which is connected to the pyrolysis reactor zone, and a condenser connected to the pyrolyzed-ash precipitator.

    摘要: The present disclosure encompasses a machine for extracting, squeezing, compressing and compacting a mixture of municipal solid waste to provide both an organic-rich liquid and solid RDF pellets, separately. The machine comprises a stepless hydraulic power transmission module and a press and squeeze compression module. The body of the machine comprises a waste-inlet on one end, followed by a water separation zone, a wet organic substance pressing zone, a heat and steam pressing zone, and an RDF molding and pelletizing zone. The machine also comprises a press-and-squeeze shaft having a conical cylindrical shape with an ascending diameter including a shaft body and a helix screw. The helix screw with multi-spiral forward steps and multi-spiral backward steps, with the spiral steps (distance between and among them) becoming smaller toward the bigger end of the body.
