摘要: The invention provides a luminaire (100) comprising an array (102) of light exit windows (104, 104′, 104″, 204, 304′, 304″, 404′, 404″, 604, 804′, 804″, 804′″, 904′, 904″, 1004, 1004′, 1004″), wherein each light exit window comprises a material adjustable between at least a first state having a first translucence and a second state having a second translucence and an electrode arrangement (112) for adjusting said translucence of the material. Such a luminaire (100) can provide differing lighting effects whilst providing illumination and, additionally, differing aesthetic effects when viewed under ambient lighting. There is also provided a method of configuring the luminaire (1100), a computer program product for implementing the method (1200), a computing device including the computer program product (1300) and a lighting system comprising the luminaire (100).

摘要: The present invention provides a light emitting diode(s), LED, light strip arranged for providing improved color consistency over its length. The LED light strip comprises LED strings positioned along the length of the LED light strip and powered in parallel, for emitting, for example, red, green, blue and white light. The resistance of the supply and return traces, in combination with variations in the current drawn by or the forward voltage of the various LED and resistors used in the LED strings of different color, causes a voltage drop along these traces leading to inconsistent color rendering. By adjusting the resistivity of the traces, such as through providing return paths having different resistances for LED strings of different color, the consistency of the color rendering can be improved.

摘要: The invention describes an LED lighting system (1) comprising a wireless communication arrangement (11, 12) for wireless transfer of signals (D10_11, D11_12, D4_12, D5_12) between devices (10, 11, 12, 4, 5) of the LED lighting system (1); at least one LED lamp (10) connectable to a mains power supply (2), which LED lamp (10) comprises a driver arrangement (100) with a control unit (102) for controlling the LED lamp (10) according to a received signal (D10_11); a phase-cut detector (103A, 103B, 103C) realized to detect a phase-cut input (Vcut) to the LED lamp (10); and a protection circuit (106) realized to prevent operation of the LED lamp (10) with the phase-cut input (Vcut) if the phase-cut angle of the phase-cut input (Vcut) exceeds a critical threshold, wherein said protection circuit (106) is adapted to prevent an exposure of the LED lamp to the phase-cut input. The invention further describes an LED lamp (10) comprising a driver arrangement (100); and a method of controlling an LED lighting system (1).
