摘要： An interactive, multi-media game system and method is provided. In a preferred embodiment, an audio and/or visual playback system contains portions of a prerecorded narrative stored therein. Teams of players cooperatively solve puzzles, obtain information fragments and directional clues, and ultimately solve an overall meta-puzzle that can be in the context of the narrative. The players move between the portions of the prerecorded narrative and the puzzles that are positioned at selected locations in a defined space. The players solve threshold puzzles to permit them to access, or reaccess, selected portions of the narrative on the audio and/or visual playback device. The players gather sets of information fragments to solve a global meta-puzzle.

摘要： A disposable absorbent article, such as a diaper, having a liquid impervious backsheet, a urine pervious liner, and absorbent core intermediate the backsheet and liner is disclosed. The liner has a passageway to allow communication of solid waste materials to the core, thereby isolating such waste from the skin of the wearer. The liner is longitudinally contracted by elastic strands disposed longitudinally nonadjacent the passageway, improving the fit of the article to the wearer without sacrificing leakage protection and allowing various sections of the article to assume independent functions.

摘要： A method and apparatus for elasticizing the leg areas of disposable diapers is disclosed. Portions of a continuously moving elastic ribbon are attached to a continuously moving web at spaced apart locations along the length of the web corresponding to the leg areas of a finished diapers. The web is moved over at least one arcuate surface and the portions of the ribbon that are not attached to the web are drawn through a slot in the surface so that the unattached ribbon portions separate from the web and travel a shorter path than the web. While the unattached portions of the ribbon are passing through the slot, they are clamped intermediate their ends by clamping means. While the unattached ribbon portions are held clamped, they are cut at their ends by cutting means.
