At least two adjacent poles are twinned, that is to say electrically arranged in parallel and connected to a common connecting strip. In this way, the circuit breaker rating is higher than that of the individual poles which make it up.

    摘要: The circuit breaker is formed by two adjoined standard multipole molded cases, resin being cold-cast between the opposite side walls, comprising reliefs, of the two cases in order to provide fixing. A spacer, secured by bolts to the side walls of the two cases, defines their distance apart and can be used to cooperate with a racking cam when the circuit breaker is drawn into a fixed frame. The circuit breaker comprises an electronic trip device, an operating mechanism and an operating bar of the poles common to all the poles. At least two adjacent poles are twinned, that is to say eletrically connected in parallel.

    摘要: A stored energy system of a circuit breaker operating mechanism comprises a telescopic link having a guide and a cap with relative movement between which at least one closing spring is inserted. At the end of charging travel, a removable blocking device can be inserted in orifices of the cap and guide to lock the telescopic link. The release of a recharging cam by unlocking a closing pawl then causes a break in the mechanical link with a drive lever, so as to allow the sub-assembly formed by the telescopic link and the closing spring in the compressed state to be removed.

    摘要: The electric control to reset a circuit breaker is formed by a sub-assembly (10) to be coupled to the mechanism (60) of the circuit breaker. At the end of the charging travel of the closing spring a control cam (46) disconnects and stops the motor. The charging position is defined by a latch interlocking the charging cam (62), a closing operation being induced by the release of the latch and a limited rotation of this charging cam (62). The link shaft between the motor reducing sub-assembly or block (10) and the mechanism (60) transmits this closing limited rotation to the control cam (46), which induces the restarting and the connecting of the motor for a reset operation of the closing spring.

    摘要: A limiting circuit breaker comprises two separable contacts 68, 70 and a mechanism 12 with energy storage 36 operated by an opening catch 30. The mechanism 12 drives a movable cage 58 between a closed position and an open position to perform opening of the contacts. One of the contacts is movable with respect to the cage 58 in the closed position and can thus take a separated position. A Thomson effect electromechanical actuator 100 is provided to drive the movable contact 68 to the separated position. A latch 80 enables the movable contact to be held in the separated position. In the event of a fault requiring a very high-speed response, separation of the contacts is obtained by means of the Thomson effect actuator and is then confirmed by opening of the mechanism. In other cases, only the mechanism operates to perform opening.

    摘要: An electromagnetic actuator comprises a fixed magnetic circuit made of ferromagnetic material and a movable assembly designed to slide axially between a rest position and an active position. Two return springs bias the movable assembly to its rest position, the second spring having a greater stiffness than the first one. An excitation circuit generates a magnetic flux which is designed, in inrush mode, to move the movable assembly from its rest position to its active position and, in holding mode, is sufficient to hold the movable assembly in the active position. In a first part of the axial travel of the movable assembly from its rest position to its active position, the action of the first spring is preponderant, whereas in the remaining travel up to the active position, the action of the second spring is preponderant.
