摘要： This invention relates to a switching device (10). More specifically, the invention relates to a retrofit switching device (10) for mechanically switching a plurality of switches between on and/or off conditions. It is envisaged that the primary application of such invention is for switching circuit breakers configured along one or more rows on a distribution board. The switching device (10) includes a pair of primary parallel guide rails (12,14), a means for anchoring the switching device (10) to a switch covering panel (i.e. a distribution board panel) and a carriage (22), supported across the primary parallel guide rails (12,14) and movable back-and- forth therealong along a first axis, the carriage (22) comprising thereon: (i) a switch engaging formation for operably switching the switches between on and off conditions; and (ii) a primary drive (26) for moving the switch engaging formation back-and-forth along a second axis, wherein the first and second axes are transverse one another. The switching device (10) further includes a secondary drive (28) for moving the carriage along the primary parallel guide rails (12, 14) and operably along the one or more rows of switches, a controller for at least actuating the primary (26) and the secondary drives (28), and a power source for powering at least the primary drive (26), the secondary drive (28) and the controller.

摘要： The present invention relates to an automatic control device for a padlock which enables automatic control of the padlock connected to a circuit breaker installed in a distribution board of semiconductor or LCD equipment. In the present invention, a pair of cylinders, which can supply and cut off electric power to and from a load terminal, is directly installed on top of the circuit breaker installed in the distribution board, so that a switch of the circuit breaker is turned on/off as the pair of cylinders selectively operates according to an external control signal. As a result, it is unnecessary to separately install the padlock for switching on/off the circuit breaker.

摘要： This disclosure relates to various embodiments of lockout relay devices. In one embodiment, a lockout relay device may transition between a closed position and a lockout position in response to an action of a deck device. The lockout relay may further be configured to transition from the lockout position to the closed position only in response to one of a manual adjustment and a reset operation. A manual actuator may permit a manual transition of the lockout relay device from the closed position to the lockout position and from the lockout position to the closed position. The lockout relay device may remain in the lockout position until the occurrence of one of a manual adjustment and a reset operation.

摘要： An apparatus for remotely actuating a circuit breaker with two stable positions corresponding to a switch-on position and a switch-off position, has a drive mechanism with an electric motor. The apparatus further has first and second switches for switching the motor on and off, a transmission, a coupling mechanism for mechanically coupling the drive mechanism to the circuit breaker and a lever. The transmission can be positioned in two basic positions, and the lever is capable of being moved from a first end position into a second end position with the aid of the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism is configured such that, in the event of the lever being moved over manually from one end position into the other end position, one of the switches is actuated, with the result that the transmission is moved over from one basic position into the other basic position.

The sliding adjustment plate includes snap-in tabs for engaging slots within the motor operator housing, permitting the cover to be snapped in place, and then slidably moved between a position wherein the adjustment screws are covered, and a position wherein the adjustment screws are exposed. The cover may be secured in the position wherein the adjustment screws are covered. The cover includes a first portion defining apertures corresponding to two adjustment screws, and a third, detachable portion defining an aperture for a third adjustment screw, thereby permitting the cover plate to be utilized with both three-pole and four-pole circuit breakers.

摘要： A retrofit switch actuator for a circuit breaker control switch in a power distribution network provides for remote control and automation of the control switch. A solenoid of the switch actuator is energized to move the output shaft of the solenoid. The movement of the solenoid output shaft is transferred by a connector mounted at one end to the solenoid output shaft and mounted at the other end to the control shaft of the circuit breaker to rotational movement of the control shaft. The motion of the control shaft mechanically engages the existing circuit breaker control switch.
